We'll dance at incredible carnival events, enjoy premium cabana experiences, party on the Caribbean Sea and take to the streets for J'Ouvert, Monday Night Mas and Carnival Tuesday.
And when we're not partying? Think beautiful beaches, poolside relaxation and a little island adventure.
Having travelled to Saint Vincent for over 20 years, I can't wait to share the magic of Vincy Mas with you.

Please note: This is an example itinerary. The official 2027 carnival calendar and individual fete dates have not yet been confirmed. The order of events may change, and where a named event is unavailable, a comparable experience will be arranged where possible. Your final itinerary will be shared before travel.
🌺 Day 1 – Wednesday 30th June | Welcome to Vincy!
Your carnival adventure begins!
Settle into your private Deluxe Room, meet your fellow travellers and ease into island life over welcome drinks and dinner.

🥁 Day 2 – Thursday 1st July | Poolside Chill & Steel Pan
The daytime is yours to enjoy! Sleep in, soak up the sunshine, relax by the pool or head to the beach.
In the evening, we'll experience Steel & Glitter, a steel pan competition celebrating one of the musical traditions at the heart of Caribbean carnival.
The perfect mix of relaxation and carnival culture.

🛥️ Day 3 – Friday 2nd July | Soca, Sea & Sunshine
Swimsuits on, soca playing and drinks flowing!
We're taking the party onto the Caribbean Sea for an unforgettable carnival boat experience.
Dance, soak up the sunshine and enjoy the beautiful island views.

☀️ Day 4 – Saturday 3rd July | Solaris & Soca Monarch
Get your outfit ready because we're heading into full carnival mode!
Our plans include Solaris day party with a premium cabana/table, giving us our own space to enjoy the atmosphere, followed by the excitement of Soca Monarch on Saturday evening.
Incredible music, amazing outfits and plenty of dancing!

🥂 Day 5 – Sunday 4th July | Chic Brunch & Carnival Vibes
Dress up, bring your energy and get ready for Chic Brunch, with a premium cabana/table planned for our group.
Think great food, soca, dancing and another unforgettable day of carnival celebrations.

🎨 Day 6 – Monday 5th July | J'Ouvert, AM Jamboree & Monday Night Mas
Three carnival events. One unforgettable day!
We're starting early with J'ouvert — soca, paint, powder and dancing through the streets as carnival comes alive around us.
Next, it's time to swap the paint for glam and head to AM Jamboree, where we're planning another premium cabana experience.
And we're not finished yet! In the evening, we'll join a T-shirt band for Monday Night Mas, taking to the streets for another incredible parade filled with soca, dancing and carnival energy.
Three completely different experiences, all in one day. This is Vincy Mas at its best!

🎭 Day 7 – Tuesday 6th July | Carnival Tuesday – Pretty Mas!
THIS is the moment!

Today we're taking to the streets for Pretty Mas, with plans to play carnival with Oxygen Mas Band.
The feathers, the colours, the music and the electric atmosphere of Vincy Mas.
You've seen it online. Now it's your turn to experience it!
Please note: Your Carnival Tuesday costume is purchased separately and is not included in the trip price. I'll provide guidance to help you select and purchase your costume.
🌴 Day 8 – Wednesday 7th July | Relax & Recover
After all that carnival excitement, today is yours to enjoy at a slower pace.
Sleep in, relax by the pool, spend time on the beach or simply soak up the Caribbean sunshine.
A well-deserved day to recharge!
⛵ Day 9 – Thursday 8th July | Bequia Island Escape
We're heading to beautiful Bequia for a change of pace.
Explore colourful boutiques, discover waterfront cafés, relax by the sea and enjoy the laid-back charm of this gorgeous Grenadine island.
The perfect way to unwind after carnival.
Back at the hotel ee'll enjoy a farewell meal, reflect on our incredible adventure and head home with unforgettable memories, new friendships and probably a serious case of the post-carnival blues!

Named carnival events are based on the proposed itinerary and remain subject to the official 2027 schedule.
🚫 What's Not Included
International Flights
Return flights are not included in the package price.
Flights from London are currently estimated at approximately £1000 return, although prices WILL go up as we get closer to carnival so book ASAP.
Once your deposit has been paid, you'll receive recommended flight options and booking guidance if you're travelling from the UK.
Carnival Tuesday Costume
Your Pretty Mas costume is not included in the £3,850 package.
We plan to play mas with Oxygen Mas Band, with bodywear currently estimated at approximately £550.
The final cost will depend on Oxygen's 2027 collection and your chosen style. Feather backpacks, accessories and upgrades may cost extra.
I'll provide guidance when costume registration opens.
Other Personal Expenses
Travel insurance, personal spending money, meals and drinks not specifically listed as included, optional activities and additional personal purchases are not included.

Beachcombers Hotel – a family-run boutique hotel on Villa Beach, Saint Vincent, blending Caribbean charm with comfort.
Enjoy the swimming pool, on-site restaurant, beautiful surroundings and easy access to the beach.
Every woman joining this trip will have her own Deluxe Room for the full 9-night stay.
No sharing rooms. No negotiating bathroom time. Just your own space to relax, recharge and get ready for the next fete!
All five places include Deluxe Room – Solo Occupancy.

Flights are not included, but once your deposit is paid, you'll receive recommended flight options and direct booking guidance via email for those travelling from the UK.
