Calm & Covered: The Family Shift
12 weeks to fewer meltdowns, stronger executive functioning, a calmer home, and a new way of showing up that doesn’t look like how you were raised.
You’re not asking for too much.
You’re asking for what you never had:
A roadmap.
Systems that actually work with your brain.
A safe place to figure things out.
And someone who sees your child the way you do—and can help you support them in ways nobody ever taught you.
You love your child with everything you have. And still, some days you hear yourself say something—or watch yourself react—and immediately think:
That’s not who I want to be. That’s not the parent I’m trying to become.
Maybe you’re finally beginning to understand what’s underneath your child’s behavior, but the school still doesn’t see it.
Maybe you and your partner keep having the same conversations about routines, discipline, responsibilities, and follow-through—but nothing seems to stick.
Maybe you’re trying to teach your child emotional regulation and executive functioning skills while quietly realizing that no one ever taught you those skills either.
The planning. The time management. The transitions. The emotional regulation. Remembering all the things. Starting tasks without becoming overwhelmed. Following through without needing a crisis to create urgency.
You’re not failing.
Your family may simply need systems that work with the way your brains actually function.
That gap between who you are and who you’re growing into? That’s not failure. That’s the work.
And you don’t have to do it alone anymore.
The Family Shift is 12 weeks of building something new—not just strategies for your child, but sustainable systems for your entire family.
Together, we strengthen the executive functioning skills of you, your partner, and your children so everyone can participate in making the home run more smoothly.
We create a new way of showing up—one that doesn’t look like how you were raised, but still honors respect, responsibility, and parental authority.
A way that finally feels like you.
What’s Included
Built around your child’s nervous system, your family’s real rhythms, and the life you’re actually living.
Nothing generic. Nothing that assumes you have unlimited time, energy, or support. And nothing that expects a neurodivergent family to function inside systems that were never designed for their brains.
We take a deep dive into the vision you have for your family, what keeps breaking down, and what would make daily life feel lighter and more peaceful.
Then we build practical routines your family can actually follow.
This isn’t only about helping your child “listen better” or remember what comes next.
We strengthen the skills that make everyday life work for you, your partner, and your children, including:
Starting and completing tasks
Managing time and transitions
Remembering responsibilities
Planning ahead without becoming overwhelmed
Breaking large tasks into manageable steps
Creating routines that require less reminding
Recovering when the plan changes
Communicating needs before frustration turns into conflict
Sharing the mental load more clearly
Following through with greater consistency
We’ll identify where each person is getting stuck and build visual supports, routines, reminders, communication systems, and household structures that work with everyone’s brain.
The goal isn’t to force your family into someone else’s version of organization.
The goal is to build a home that supports how your family actually functions.
You’ll receive one private, one-hour coaching call each week.
We look at your nervous system, your patterns, and the places where your history may be showing up during hard moments.
We also look at the practical breakdowns underneath the stress:
Is this defiance—or difficulty shifting attention?
Is this laziness—or task-initiation paralysis?
Is this disrespect—or a child without the skills to communicate what their body needs?
Is your partner refusing to help—or is the system unclear, inconsistent, or too difficult to maintain?
We work on the parent you’re becoming, the partnership you’re strengthening, and the environment you’re building—not only the behavior you’re trying to stop.
When the afternoon falls apart, you won’t have to wait until the following week to process what happened.
You can message me for support, and when something truly urgent comes up, we can get on an emergency call.
You’ll receive real support in real time from someone who understands this work from both sides—as a special education teacher, an ADHD mom, and a parent raising a child with big sensory and regulation needs.
Growth will come with wins, setbacks, questions, and messy moments. You’ll be supported through all of it.
You will not be left to figure this out alone.
You’ll know what to say during:
Difficult transitions
Public meltdowns
Bedtime battles
Power struggles
Sibling conflict
Moments when your child refuses to begin
Conversations with your partner about responsibilities and follow-through
School meetings where you need to say the hard thing and be heard without becoming combative
You won’t just receive scripts. You’ll understand why they work, when to use them, and how to adjust them for your child and family.
I help you write the emails, organize your concerns, prepare for meetings, and clearly communicate what your child needs.
You’ll walk into the room understanding your rights, your child’s needs, and the questions you need to ask.
You will never have to sit across that table feeling like you have to fight alone again.
Your child’s brain needs more than a schedule. It needs consistent cues that tell the body it is safe enough to slow down.
We build those cues while also addressing the executive functioning challenges that make bedtime harder—transitioning away from preferred activities, remembering each step, managing time, and completing a routine without fifteen reminders.
When your child can move through bedtime with more safety and predictability, the entire house has a better chance to settle.
And when your child finally winds down, so can you.
By Week Four, You’ll Already Begin to Feel the Shift
In your home.
In your body.
In the way your family communicates.
In the routines that no longer depend on you remembering and managing every single detail.
You’ll begin noticing yourself responding instead of immediately reacting.
You’ll understand what is driving the behavior instead of assuming the worst.
Your partner will have clearer ways to participate.
Your children will begin practicing the skills needed to manage responsibilities, transitions, emotions, and everyday expectations with greater independence.
And after a hard moment, there can be repair and reconnection instead of the shame spiral that used to follow.
You’ll experience what it feels like to parent from a place you were never given—and you’ll know that you can keep going.
The Calm & Covered Promise
If you show up, do the work, and consistently implement your plan throughout the full 12 weeks but still need additional support, I will continue working with you at no additional cost until we determine the next best step together.
This isn’t a program where I hand you a packet and disappear.
Once you enter my world, you remain connected to a coach who genuinely cares about what happens next.
Investment: $2,997
Your family’s shift doesn’t begin when the school finally understands, when life becomes less busy, or when everyone suddenly becomes more motivated.
It begins when you stop trying to force your family into systems that don’t work—and start building systems that do.
This is for the family ready to understand the needs underneath the behavior, strengthen executive functioning across the household, and create lasting change without giving up connection, expectations, or parental authority.
This investment is for the family that is ready to commit to the work.
If that’s you, this space is for you.
You were never meant to carry your entire family’s needs alone. And now, you don’t have to.
