By purchasing from Kays Freedom Empire LLC, accessing any materials from Kaylee Winfield-Boynton, or using this website, you agree in full to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not purchase, download, or use any products, coaching, or content from us.
SECTION 1 – NON-REFUNDABLE & FINAL SALE POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All orders, coaching programs, courses, consultations, custom products, and digital downloads are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, lack of use, or perceived lack of results.
NO CHARGEBACKS. You waive any right to dispute charges with your bank or payment provider. Attempting a chargeback will result in immediate legal action and reporting to credit bureaus.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All deposits secure your space, cover preparation work, and will not be returned under any condition.
SECTION 2 – CUSTOM PRODUCT TIMELINES
Production Time: Custom herbal infusions require 35–95 business days for formulation and infusion, not including bottling, lab testing, or shipping. Timelines may extend for ingredient sourcing, testing, or supply delays.
No Reassignment: All products are formulated for the original purchaser only. They cannot be resold, reassigned, or repurposed for other clients.
Shipping Liability: Kays Freedom Empire LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or seizures by customs, border patrol, or state agencies. It is the client’s responsibility to check local laws before purchase.
SECTION 3 – PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Plans: For any installment plan, all monthly payments must be current before shipment or delivery of services.
Missed Payments: A missed or declined payment pauses all services until the balance is cleared. Repeated missed payments will result in termination of services without refund.
Price Changes: Prices may change at any time. Price protection is not offered.
SECTION 4 – HEALTH, FINANCIAL & COACHING DISCLAIMER
No Medical Claims: All products and coaching are for educational and spiritual purposes only. They are not FDA-approved and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness, disease, or cancer.
No Income Guarantees: Coaching, courses, and strategies are not a promise or guarantee of financial results. Success depends on your own effort, actions, and consistency.
Client Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own health, well-being, and business outcomes. You agree to consult a licensed healthcare provider or financial advisor before implementing any suggestions.
Release of Liability: By purchasing, you release Kays Freedom Empire LLC, Kaylee Winfield-Boynton, and all affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from your use or misuse of products, coaching, or information.
SECTION 5 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & MONITORING
Ownership: All content, courses, programs, scans, formulas, documents, and materials are the exclusive property of Kays Freedom Empire LLC.
No Duplication or Sharing: You may not copy, share, reproduce, resell, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.
Legal Remedies: Unauthorized use will result in legal action, including but not limited to damages up to $250,000 under applicable laws.
Monitoring: We reserve the right to track access to course links, including IP addresses. Unauthorized access will result in immediate revocation of access and possible legal action.
SECTION 6 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of ANY FLORIDA County, Florida.
Attorney’s Fees: In any dispute, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
Binding Agreement: By purchasing or using any product, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use, and that they are binding.
