By using our store or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. ABOUT US
These Terms apply to digital products sold by Mon Soin Desoi (βweβ, βusβ, βourβ) through our online store.

2. OUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Mon Soin Desoi sells digital products including downloadable workbooks, journals, guides and related educational and personal-development materials.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.
Digital products are supplied for your personal use only.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
The price payable is the price displayed at checkout at the time you place your order.
Payment must be successfully completed before access to paid digital content is provided.
After a successful purchase, your digital product will be made available electronically, for example through a download page, link and/or email.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout so that we can provide your order information and access instructions.
4. IMMEDIATE ACCESS AND YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Our digital products are designed to be supplied electronically with immediate access.
Before receiving immediate access, you will be asked to expressly request that supply of the digital content begins immediately and to acknowledge that, once supply/download begins, you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel.
Where you have given that express consent and acknowledgement and supply of the digital content has begun, you will no longer have the 14-day cancellation right that would otherwise apply.
If immediate supply has not begun, or where applicable law gives you cancellation rights that have not been validly waived or lost, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
5. REFUNDS AND STATUTORY RIGHTS
Because our products are digital content supplied with immediate access, we do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind after access or download has begun where you have expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to remedies under applicable consumer law.

6. PERSONAL-USE LICENCE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Mon Soin Desoi digital products, including their text, workbook content, journal prompts, designs, graphics and other original materials, are protected by intellectual-property laws where applicable.
Purchasing a product gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the purchased material for your own personal use.
Unless we have given you written permission, you must not reproduce, resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, publish or commercially exploit our digital products or make them available to others.
Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual-property rights to you.
