House Manager & Home Dashboard

The Home Dashboard + AI House Manager helps you turn that scattered information into a short plan you can act on and share. Add the files to your AI workspace and let it guide the installation around your household.

How to start:

1. Download and unzip the folder on a computer.

2. Add the files to a ChatGPT Project, or give Claude Cowork access to the folder.

3. Say: Install my Home Dashboard.

4. Review your first household briefing and the personalized dashboard your AI prepares.

Your AI leads a few short question batches about your home, kids if applicable, helpers, recurring bills and weekly briefing preference. It reuses what you already shared and lets you skip or defer answers. It asks which email and shared calendars it may read, plus selected bill, autopay, invoice and renewal notices. Approve the sources and dates, then review an early useful briefing.

What it helps you work through:

• The next 72 hours, the month ahead, coverage gaps and up to three decisions.

• School events and the forms, payments, supplies and preparation they require.

• Camp and school-break options, with registration dates checked against official sources for the right year. Compare ages, working hours, aftercare, cost and transportation.

• Important bills and renewals, with evidenced amounts, cadence, next due dates and autopay status. Unknown facts stay unknown; autopay does not prove a bill was paid.

• Responsibilities that fit your home type, own/rent status and agreed landlord, building-management or helper duties.

• A household handoff with proposed owners, deadlines and what finished looks like.

• Optional learning and play ideas using your child's interests, a goal you choose and materials you already have.

• Seasonal home planning, including HVAC checks, bulb planting and holiday setup and take-down.

The download includes the dashboard, AI installation instructions, a short getting-started guide, backup and print tools, and a link to my original AI House Manager walkthrough. No live calls are included.

Use your own ChatGPT or Claude account. File creation, connected sources, research and scheduling depend on your provider and plan. The guide includes a file-upload fallback if your workspace does not accept HTML. The dashboard saves locally; it does not connect to your inbox, sync calendars or monitor websites by itself.

Your AI asks upfront whether you want a weekly briefing and helps set it up after the dashboard is ready. Email delivery must be configured and tested in a service that supports it. Camp research does not register a place. Installation does not pay bills, cancel services or change autopay.
