Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking, purchasing, or using this website. By making a booking, purchase, or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase any services.
1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern all services and website content offered by Quantum Essence Healing, operated by Morgane Rollo ("I", "me", "my", "the Company"). They apply to all clients, participants, and website visitors ("you", "your") who book, purchase, or access any service or content, whether in person or online.
These Terms supersede any other agreements between you and Quantum Essence Healing and may be updated at any time. You are bound by any revisions and should check this page periodically.
2. Services Covered
These terms apply to all Quantum Essence Healing offerings, including but not limited to:
Residential retreats (multi-day, overnight)
Day retreats and sacred day events
Online group sessions, classes, and memberships (including Temple of Shakti)
One-to-one sessions online (via Zoom or other platforms)
One-to-one sessions in person
Mentorship containers (including The Sovereign Code)
Online courses (self-paced or live)
Workshops (in person or online, single or multi-session)
Digital products, recordings, and downloadable content
This website and all content contained within it
Any other events, ceremonies, or offerings hosted by Quantum Essence Healing
3. Bookings & Payment
3.1 A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received, unless a specific payment plan has been agreed in writing.
3.2 Payment plans do not constitute a reduced commitment — you remain liable for all instalments regardless of whether you continue to attend or participate.
3.3 By completing payment, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older.
3.4 All prices are listed in British pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.
3.5 You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing a valid payment method. All sales are final. Prices may change at any time without notice and no price protection or retrospective discounts will be offered.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Quantum Essence Healing does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
4.1 Retreats (residential and day retreats) If you are unable to attend a retreat you have paid for, no refund will be issued. Where space is available on a future retreat of the same type, you may request a transfer to that date. Transfers are offered at my sole discretion and are not guaranteed. No transfer will be offered within 14 days of the event date.
4.2 In-person one-to-one sessions If you need to reschedule an in-person session, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. Please email hello@quantumessence.co.uk with the subject line "SESSION RESCHEDULE – [date and time of your session]". Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or where you do not attend, will be forfeited with no refund or credit. Rescheduling is offered once only per booking and is subject to availability.
4.3 Online one-to-one sessions The same 48-hour rescheduling policy applies to online sessions. Sessions missed without prior notice will be forfeited with no refund.
4.4 Online group sessions and memberships If you are unable to attend a live online session, a recording will be made available where possible. No refund or credit will be given for missed live sessions. Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced.
4.5 Online courses All course sales are final. Once you have been given access to a course — whether self-paced or live — no refund will be issued. If a live course includes recorded sessions, these will be made available to you regardless of attendance. Non-attendance does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
4.6 Workshops (in person and online) Workshop bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend an in-person workshop, your place cannot be transferred to another person without prior written agreement. For online workshops, a recording will be made available where possible, but no refund will be issued for non-attendance. Where I cancel a workshop, you will be offered a transfer to a future date or a credit note.
4.7 Mentorship containers Mentorship programmes including The Sovereign Code are a full commitment for the agreed duration. No refunds are available once a programme has commenced. If you are on a payment plan, all remaining instalments remain due regardless of whether you continue to participate.
4.8 Digital products and downloads Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products, recordings, and downloadable materials are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
4.9 Third party payment or technical issues Quantum Essence Healing is not responsible for any performance or service problems caused by third party websites or service providers, including but not limited to Stripe, your internet service provider, or any software platform. Any such issue shall be governed solely by the agreement between you and that provider.
5. Cancellation or Changes by Quantum Essence Healing
5.1 I reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any event, retreat, workshop, course, or session due to circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to illness, injury, venue issues, or force majeure events.
5.2 In the event that I cancel a session or event, you will be offered either a transfer to an alternative date or a credit note. Refunds will only be issued at my discretion in exceptional circumstances.
5.3 I reserve the right to make changes to event programmes, facilitators, venues, course content, or schedules where necessary. These changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on this website and within all Quantum Essence Healing offerings — including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio recordings, meditations, teachings, course materials, workshop content, photographs, HTML, CSS, design, artwork, documents, and all other materials — is the property of Quantum Essence Healing and is protected by copyright law ("Content").
6.2 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.
6.3 No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, sold, or downloaded in any way without prior express written permission from Quantum Essence Healing. Unauthorised use of Content may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and may result in civil or criminal penalties.
6.4 All trade names, trademarks, images, and branding associated with Quantum Essence Healing are either owned by or used with permission by the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark or branding without express written consent.
6.5 Purchasing a course, workshop, or any other offering does not grant you any licence to teach, replicate, distribute, or commercially use the content or methodology in any form.
6.6 Recordings and course materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be shared with, sold to, or accessed by third parties.
6.7 If you believe your intellectual property rights are being violated by any content on this website, please contact morgane@quantumessence.co.uk with your name and contact information, details of the work and how it is being violated, any relevant copyright or trademark registration information, and the URL of the alleged violation.
7. Website Use & Disclaimer
7.1 While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, Quantum Essence Healing makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy or completeness and assumes no liability for any errors or omissions.
7.2 All website content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
7.3 Quantum Essence Healing does not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the website or its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume all responsibility for any costs arising from your use of this website.
7.4 When you register or purchase through this website, you consent to receive communications from Quantum Essence Healing by email, including notices, announcements, and information about new products or services.
7.5 If you submit any comments, suggestions, ideas, or other materials to Quantum Essence Healing, those submissions become the sole property of the Company. No submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidence and the Company may use such submissions for any purpose without acknowledgement or compensation.
8. Earnings Disclaimer
8.1 Quantum Essence Healing makes no representations or guarantees regarding your success, income, or results from participating in any programme, course, mentorship, or other offering.
8.2 Any results shared by clients or participants represent individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results will depend entirely on your own efforts, commitment, circumstances, knowledge, and resources.
8.3 You accept full responsibility for evaluating your own potential and for executing your own personal or business decisions arising from any programme or content.
9. Health, Safety & Suitability
9.1 You are responsible for ensuring that any service you book is suitable for your current physical, mental, and emotional health.
9.2 Certain offerings — including Kundalini activation, shamanic healing, plant medicine ceremonies, and breathwork — may be physically and emotionally intense. By booking, you confirm that you are in a suitable state of health to participate.
9.3 You must disclose any relevant physical or mental health conditions, medications, or contraindications prior to attending. Failure to do so releases Quantum Essence Healing from any liability arising from non-disclosure.
9.4 I reserve the right to refuse participation to any person I believe may be at risk, or whose participation may risk the safety or wellbeing of others, without liability and without refund.
9.5 Participation in all sessions, workshops, courses, and events is entirely at your own risk.
10. Ceremonial Work
10.1 Any ceremonial work facilitated by or in association with Quantum Essence Healing is intended for spiritual and personal development purposes only.
10.2 Quantum Essence Healing accepts no liability for any physical, psychological, or legal outcomes arising from participation in ceremonial work.
11. Conduct & Community Standards
11.1 All participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators, fellow participants, and the space held.
11.2 I reserve the right to remove any participant from a session, retreat, workshop, course, or membership without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful to others. I also reserve the right to terminate access to any online platform or membership at my sole discretion.
11.3 The content shared within group containers — including Temple of Shakti, workshops, courses, and mentorship programmes — is confidential. You agree not to share, record, or reproduce the contributions of other participants without their explicit consent.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Quantum Essence Healing, its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or relating to:
Your breach of these Terms
Any violation by you of any law or the rights of any third party
Any content or materials you post or share in connection with any Quantum Essence Healing platform or community
Your use of this website or any services provided
Your conduct in connection with any session, event, course, retreat, or community
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Quantum Essence Healing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind arising from your use of this website, any content, or participation in any service — whether foreseeable or not.
13.2 This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, cost of replacement services, or service interruptions.
13.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13.4 My total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.
14. Privacy & Data
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with my Privacy Policy, which is available on request. I will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. By using this website and purchasing any service, you consent to such processing.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. Agreement
By making a booking, purchase, or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
