Before we meet, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire to help me understand your journey as a creator. From there, we’ll dive into an in depth page audit, where I’ll highlight what’s working, identify areas for improvement, and give you clear strategies to optimize your content.

We’ll also walk through the entire brand deal process step by step. I’ll help you create your own rates, outreach templates, pricing structure, media kit and more, so you feel confident navigating partnerships on your own.

Terms & Conditions

Statement of Work (SOW) – 1:1 Consultation Session

This Statement of Work (“SOW”) outlines the terms under which Morgan Linkhorst (“Consultant”) will provide a consultation session (“1:1 Consultation Session”). These terms apply to the individual who registers for the session (“participant”) by acknowledging the terms and conditions set forth by checking the box within Stan Store. 

1. Scope of Work

Consultant will provide a 1:1 consultation session focused on influencer marketing strategy, brand partnerships, content monetization, and/or related topics as determined by the Consultant.

2. Deliverables

  • One (1) consultation call via Zoom or Google Meet

  • One (1) PowerPoint presented with content analysis, influencer marketing strategy, brand partnerships, content monetization, and/or related topics as agreed upon.

  • One (1) contact sheet

  • Duration: 120 minutes

3. Payment Terms

  • Fee: $499 USD

  • Payment is due in full at the time of registration

    All payments are non-refundable except as noted in Section 4.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation

  • Sessions must be scheduled at least 5 days in advance.

  • Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations initiated by the participant are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations initiated by the consultant are subject to a full refund.

5. Confidentiality

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive business, personal, or strategic information shared by others within the group session. The Consultant also agrees to keep sensitive information private unless written permission is provided.

6. Disclaimer

  • Consultant provides insights based on personal industry experience.

  • Consultant does not guarantee outcomes such as income, follower growth, or brand deals.

  • Participants are solely responsible for implementing any strategies discussed.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consultant is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the session or from Participants’ use of the information provided.

8. Termination

In the event of termination after payment, standard cancellation terms apply (see Section 4).

9. Governing Law

This SOW (Statement of Work)  shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

10. Agreement

By submitting your information and completing payment through Stan Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Statement of Work. By checking the box, you acknowledge the terms and conditions of this SOW, serving as your legally binding agreement to these terms.

This Statement of Work (“SOW”) outlines the terms under which Morgan Linkhorst (“Consultant”) will provide a group consultation session (“Office Hours”). Collectively, these terms apply to all individuals who register for the session (“Participants”).

1. Scope of Work

Consultant will provide a group consultation session focused on influencer marketing strategy, brand partnerships, content monetization, and/or related topics as determined by the Consultant.

2. Deliverables

  • One (1) live group Office Hours session hosted via Zoom or Google Meet

  • Duration: 120 minutes

  • General guidance, Q&A, and strategic recommendations delivered verbally in a group setting

No individualized PowerPoints, analyses, or one-on-one deliverables are included.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fee: $75 USD

  • Payment is due in full at the time of registration

All payments are non-refundable except as noted in Section 4.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation

  • Sessions must be attended at the scheduled date and time.

  • Because this is a group offering, rescheduling is not available.

  • Participant cancellations are non-refundable.

  • If the Consultant cancels the session, all Participants will be rescheduled at an agreed upon later date.

5. Confidentiality

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive business, personal, or strategic information shared by others within the group session. The Consultant also agrees to keep sensitive information private unless written permission is provided.
