THE PURPOSE OF THE CLASSROOM:
To build your own curriculum to structure your inner work in a way that suits you
HOW IS THIS PURPOSE ACHIEVED?
Through 4 key pillars (with a 5th in Beta Mode)
At a glance, these are:

LESSONS & TRANSCRIPTS
The lessons are ad-free and so can be viewed without interruption.
There is also an accurate transcribed text to follow along for each video in the 'Distilled Insights' series, which can be accessed per lesson in the same way that you are currently reading this right now.
It's simple:
The lesson will be at the top of screen, the transcript will follow, and at the bottom of the page is a formatted article/worksheet of the transcript itself (with alterations where relevant)
(Oh, and the site is mobile optimised too if you prefer to access it that way)

ARTICLES & WORKSHEETS
I have created a small workbook for every single lesson that you will find in the 'individual lessons' tab of the course.
That means that the transcript has been edited to suit an article-style format, and the formatting will make the lesson much easier to read.
Please note: I am limited on this site with my formatting options, whereas on the PDFs, I am able to use a range of fonts, colours, bold/italic/underlined lettering, footnotes, etc.
I would always encourage you to download each workbook as it contains not only the transcript as an article, but also a series of questions or exercises to help apply that learning to your own life.
These exercises (typically) aren't featured in the lessons themselves, so I would encourage you to download the PDFs to help access more depth and turn the information into insight and wisdom.

BUILD YOUR OWN CURRICULUM
Each lesson is complemented by many others and, in turn, complements many others too.
There is no such thing as a standalone lesson in the classroom!
That is why I have created a separate spreadsheet that can also be used to filter each of the lessons.
You can filter these in multiple ways, for example according to theme, so you can create your own curriculum (with book recommendations) on the specific topics that suit you (E.g. Shadow Work, or Self-Actualisation).
This spreadsheet will be frequently updated, and more columns added over time to make it more and more relevant.

BUILD YOUR OWN LIBRARY
Similarly, I would encourage you to read directly from the masters first-hand.
Don't just take my word for it!
In this section, you can access a database which contains all of the books that I’ve read so far and this too can be filtered according to multiple criteria/themes to help you create your own bespoke and high-quality reading list.
It goes into huge detail so you can select extremely specific books that suit your requirements and it will only become more refined, accurate, and far-reaching as time goes on.
BETA MODE: Chapter Summaries
The purpose for this section is to present the best points of the best chapters of the best books.
It can be daunting to know where to begin with all these book selections, so I want to give you a summary of specific chapters as told by a series of quotes from the author themselves, so that you get a flavour of how they write (the technicality of language, the accessibility of ideas, key quotes/aphorisms/maxims, etc).
I will also provide in this section my thoughts on these chapters and some exercises and questions that I have used to make this learning practical in my life.
In essence, I want to show you my rough thinking as I go through these books, rather than finished products in the form of the lessons.
I am sharing the wording of the authors to encourage you to buy the books.
And I am sharing my thoughts to show you what goes through my mind as I'm going through this process.
This is currently in BETA mode, and will be updated regularly, but I am still figuring out the best way to present this information.
EXTRAS
MINI-GLIMPSE
I have a separate database of 21 lessons that I used personally all the time, and professionally in 1:1 capacity too.
This database is called the Glimpse database.
The lessons are all based around reflecting on your core values, or updating the values, traits, and characteristics that you need to rely on at this specific time in your life.
Highlight and identifying these traits makes life considerably easier, as it helps to cut away the unnecessary noise that only serves as a distraction, and instead allows you to focus on those small few attributes that will make all the difference.
I have provided a 3 lesson sample of this database here (and a hefty discount code for you to apply too should you decide to purchase it).
BANK OF WORKSHEETS AND ARTICLES
This is simply every single worksheet that is featured in each individual lesson made accessible in one place, so then you don't have to go searching through the entire site.
ARCHIVED MATERIAL
I have also included my original 16-part series that I posted on YouTube in Jan-Feb 2025 as a lot of those book recommendations are still very much relevant.
It's a 3-hour playlist of 15+ book recommendations and how/why they have helped me.
I thought I'd post it here in case you were interested.
This classroom will be updated very frequently (weekly) so let's see where it goes!
One thing is for sure:
You can hit a massive level of depth by slowing down, watching the lessons, linking them to others, completing the worksheets, and building your own library to further cement the learning, so please use this classroom to provide the necessary minimum structure to help you reach your potential.
And we come full circle!
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE CLASSROOM?
To build your own curriculum to structure your inner work in a way that suits you
Enjoy!
