Effective from date of purchase
By purchasing any programme or service from Sarah Deacon you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Programme Description
Sarah Deacon offers two private 1:1 mentoring programmes:
3 Month Mentoring Programme at £1,499 paid in full. Includes regular 1:1 mentoring sessions, email support between sessions responded to within 48 working hours, structured planning, and practical resources developed around your needs.
6 Month Mentoring Programme at £2,699 paid in full. Includes all of the above across a longer timeframe, with ongoing assessment of progress, deeper focus on outcomes, and resources developed as your needs evolve.
Both programmes are private, focused, and limited in number. Sarah Deacon is selective about who she works with. Purchase of a programme follows a discovery call and is by invitation only.
2. Payment
All programmes are paid in full at the point of purchase. No payment plans are currently available. Upon receipt of payment you will receive a welcome document and Sarah Deacon will be in touch to arrange your first session.
3. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. By purchasing a programme you agree that services will begin immediately and in doing so you waive your statutory right to a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
No refunds will be issued once a programme has been purchased. This does not affect your rights where services are not delivered as described or otherwise breach statutory requirements. If you have concerns about the service you have received please raise them promptly by email so that they can be addressed.
4. Sessions
Sessions are arranged individually to fit around your schedule and will be confirmed by email. If you need to reschedule a session, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or not attended without notice will be forfeited and cannot be carried over.
5. Email Support
Support between sessions is provided via email Monday to Friday during working hours. Responses will be made within 48 working hours. Email support is intended for questions, accountability, and working through matters between sessions. It is not a substitute for scheduled sessions. Respectful communication is expected at all times.
6. Confidentiality
All sessions and communication are confidential. You agree not to share, replicate, or distribute any programme content, session notes, or communication. Your name and any testimonials will not be shared publicly without your written consent. This confidentiality extends beyond the end of this agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content provided throughout the programme remain the intellectual property of Sarah Deacon. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these for your own personal and business development. You may not share, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Disclaimer

Sarah Deacon draws on significant professional experience as a nurse prescriber, former NHS senior leader, and multi-business owner, however results are not guaranteed. Your progress depends on your own commitment, implementation, and individual circumstances.
9. No Guarantees
This programme is designed to provide focused, experienced support and guidance. It does not guarantee specific business or financial outcomes. By purchasing you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own progress and decisions. If you have concerns at any point during the programme you agree to raise them promptly by email so that reasonable efforts can be made to address them.
10. Termination
Sarah Deacon reserves the right to terminate your access to the programme if you breach the terms of this agreement or act in a manner that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive. You may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice by email, however this does not affect your financial obligations and no refund will be issued.
11. Dispute Resolution
If any issues arise both parties agree to attempt to resolve them in good faith in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration in the United Kingdom, with both parties bearing their own costs.
12. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Amendments
These terms may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes. Continued participation in the programme following such notice will indicate your acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Data Privacy
Your privacy is important. Any personal data collected throughout the programme will be processed in line with UK data protection laws and used solely to deliver the services you have purchased. Data is collected, stored, and used only to manage bookings, deliver sessions, and communicate with you. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
