This course is designed for students who have completed Level 1 Reformer training and are ready to deepen their practice. Building directly on the foundational vocabulary, alignment principles, and spring-tension awareness established in Level 1, Level 2 introduces more dynamic, multi-plane movement patterns that challenge stability, coordination, and control.
Students will progress into exercises that demand greater core integration, upper and lower body strength, and body awareness — including more advanced footwork variations, full-body integration series, and movements that shift between kneeling, standing, and off-center positions on the carriage. Emphasis is placed on transitions between exercises, refining timing and breath coordination, and building the strength required for more complex sequencing.
By the end of Level 2, students will have expanded their exercise repertoire significantly, developed greater confidence moving through faster-paced or less-supported positions, and built the physical foundation needed to progress toward Level 3/advanced reformer work.
Prerequisite: Completion of Level 1 Reformer Training
