1. Acceptance of Terms
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or making a purchase. By browsing the site or buying any product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This website and the store My Life on Paper ("My Life on Paper," "we," "us," or "the store") are owned and operated by My Life on Paper. These terms replace any prior agreement between you and the store regarding use of the site.
2. Intellectual Property and License
All products and content from My Life on Paper (planners, templates, journals, ebooks, illustrations, designs, text, photos and videos) are owned by My Life on Paper and protected by copyright.
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. This means you may:
Download, print and use it for yourself as many times as you like.
Use it on your own devices and apps (for example, GoodNotes or Notability).
Without our written permission, you may not:
Share, resell, gift or distribute the files, in whole or in part.
Upload them to the internet, groups, shared drives or social media.
Modify them to sell or present them as your own.
Use them for commercial purposes, including workshops, classes or derivative products.
You are welcome to share photos or videos of how you use your products on social media; we love seeing them. If you believe any content on this site infringes your copyright, please email mylifeonpaper.co@gmail.com with your details and a description of the issue.
3. Prices in US Dollars and Payments
All prices on this site are listed in US dollars (USD).
If you pay with a card or account in another currency, your bank will convert the amount at its exchange rate on the day of purchase. Your bank may also charge international transaction or currency conversion fees. These differences and fees are set by your bank, not by My Life on Paper, and are not refundable.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). By purchasing, you agree to use a valid payment method and to pay the full amount of your order. Prices may change at any time, and we do not offer price adjustments or refunds if a product is later discounted or put on sale.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
All our products are digital: nothing physical will be shipped. After your payment is complete, you will receive a download link on screen and/or at the email address you entered at checkout.
If you don't see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder. You are responsible for entering your email correctly and for downloading your files. We recommend saving them to your device or personal cloud storage as soon as you receive them.
If you don't receive your product or have trouble downloading it, email us at mylifeonpaper.co@gmail.com and we'll help you sort it out.
5. No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. Once you have access to a file, it cannot be "returned," so please review each product's description, preview images and format carefully before purchasing.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons including:
Changing your mind after purchase.
Accidentally buying a product you already own.
Not having the app, device or printer needed to use it.
Exchange rate differences or bank fees.
The only exceptions: if a file is damaged, incomplete or never delivered due to a technical problem on our side, we will send you the correct file or, if that is not possible, refund the amount you paid. To request this, email mylifeonpaper.co@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase and include your order number.
6. Privacy, Communications and Feedback
We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when needed to process your purchase or when required by law. By using this site, you accept our Privacy Policy.
By purchasing, you agree to receive emails with your order information and download links. If you join our mailing list, you will also receive news and promotions; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system on the internet is completely secure. If you send us suggestions or ideas about our products, we may use them to improve our products without any obligation to pay or compensate you.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our products and site content are provided "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is error-free, or that products will meet specific expectations or results.
My Life on Paper is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, or for problems caused by third-party services (your internet provider, your bank, the payment processor, or the apps where you use the files). Any issue with those services is governed by your agreement with that provider. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.
We reserve the right to refuse access or sales to anyone who violates these terms, for example by sharing or reselling our products.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold My Life on Paper harmless from any claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) resulting from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your misuse of our products.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest will remain in effect.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page with its updated date. We recommend reviewing them periodically. Each purchase is governed by the terms in effect on the date it was made.
