NAIL EDUCATOR LAB

An 8-Week Live Nail Educator Mentorship

You've mastered your craft. Now let's learn how to teach it.

Have you been thinking about stepping into nail education but have no idea where to start?

Maybe you've been taking clients for years, feel really confident in your work, and know you have valuable knowledge to share. But figuring out what to teach, how to structure a class, and how to actually get students to sign up feels totally overwhelming.

That's exactly why I created Nail Educator Lab!

This 8-week live small group mentorship is designed to help experienced nail techs turn their knowledge into education, whether you want to teach 1:1 lessons, in-person classes, or online education.

And we're not just talking about how to sell a class. We're diving deep into how to actually teach effectively, create meaningful learning experiences, and help your future students get real results.

Throughout the program, you'll be working on a capstone project where you'll develop your very own nail class from start to finish!

Who is this for?

This mentorship was created for nail techs who:

  • Have been working professionally for 2+ years and have solid experience taking clients.

  • Feel confident in their technical skills and the quality of their work.

  • Have been feeling that tug toward education but aren't sure where to start.

  • Want to teach 1:1 lessons, shadowing, in-person classes, or online education.

  • Are ready to put in the work to create something of their own!

You don't need any previous teaching experience: that's what we're here to learn!

This isn't a nail technique course, so you should already feel confident in the skills you want to teach.

What we'll cover

Week 1: Finding Your Niche

Identify your strengths, what makes your perspective valuable, who you want to teach, and what your first class should be about.

Week 2: Curriculum Design

Learn how to create clear learning objectives and work backward to build a purposeful curriculum.

Week 3: Teaching Strategies & Best Practices

Explore how people learn, how to explain and demonstrate techniques effectively, how to keep students engaged, and how to check for understanding.

Week 4: Designing Your Class

Start putting everything together! Lesson planning, hands-on activities, demonstrations, assessments, and creating resources for your students.

Weeks 5–6: Teaching Practice

Put those teaching skills into practice! You'll have opportunities to teach, receive feedback, and refine your approach in a supportive environment.

Week 7: Branding & Pricing Your Education

Learn how to position yourself as an educator, package your class, determine pricing, and create an offer that makes sense for your audience.

Week 8: Marketing & Launching Your Class

Put together a marketing and launch strategy so you know exactly what steps to take to start enrolling your own students.

Your Capstone Project: Build Your First Nail Class

This is where everything comes together!

Throughout the eight weeks, you'll be working on your very own capstone project: developing a complete, launch-ready nail class from start to finish.

Each week, you'll apply what we're learning directly to your project, from identifying your niche and developing learning objectives to building your curriculum, practicing your teaching, and creating a marketing strategy.

By the end of the program, you'll have:

  • A clearly defined class topic and target audience.

  • Measurable learning objectives and a structured curriculum.

  • Detailed lesson plans, teaching activities, and assessments.

  • Experience practicing your instruction and receiving feedback.

  • A completed class offer with pricing and branding.

  • A personalized marketing strategy and launch plan.

The goal? To leave this program with more than just knowledge about teaching. You'll have an actual class you've built, the skills to teach it effectively, and a plan to start enrolling your own students!

What's included?

  • 8 live, 90-minute virtual group classes with me.

  • Recordings of every session so you can go back and rewatch.

  • Weekly assignments that help you build your own class throughout the program.

  • Curriculum planning templates and teaching resources.

  • Opportunities for teaching practice and personalized feedback.

  • A small group of like-minded nail techs to learn alongside!

A little about me!

I'm a licensed nail tech, nail educator, founder of The Beauty Connective, and former elementary school teacher with a bachelor's degree in education and master's degree in curriculum and instruction.

One thing I've learned through both of these careers is that being really good at something doesn't automatically mean you know how to teach it.

There is so much more to effective education than demonstrating a technique and hoping your students catch on!

I want to help nail techs approach education with more intention, using real teaching principles to build classes that are organized, engaging, and actually help their students succeed.

I'm really excited to bring these two parts of my background together and help more nail techs confidently step into education!

Why a founding cohort?

This is the very first round of Nail Educator Lab, and I'm opening it up to just 5–6 nail techs who want to help me pilot this program!

You'll be getting the full mentorship experience at the lowest price I plan to offer, and your feedback throughout the process will help me refine and improve the program for future groups.

Because this is such a small group, we'll also have plenty of opportunities to collaborate, ask questions, and get personalized feedback.
