I wanted to take a moment and share what has been happening inside of me since starting the ecosystem. Parts of me that had fallen asleep under the weight and exhaustion of being a therapist for over a decade are waking back up. Over the last year I had started to wonder if my time in the healing space was coming to a close, because I found myself wanting nothing to do with it. Where before I ate it up and loved to learn about the body, nervous system etc. As I sat down to write my first free offering on the brain and how it filters our unconscious beliefs I was taking so much joy in it. For the past decade or two everyone has been so hyped on starting with WHY. Fine, makes sense. The mentors teach us HOW. But what you are showing me is WHAT.
