This Seminar looks at Emotional Literacy and what it means while starting with 12 basic emotions. While you are being psychoeducated you will also paint what you are feeling either in person or you can join remotely.
During this webinar, you will:
Increased awareness of emotions and their utility
An opportunity to meet new people
Find a sense of community to improve your network and results
The session will last 2.5 hours.
Price to join remotely is $25 plus supplies. There will be a link supplied of the supplies you will need to join online.
