“Who am I when no human audience is present - and what happens when I remember that Allah already knows?”
This workbook explores sincerity (ikhlāṣ), intention (niyyah), masking, attachment, internalized audiences, and the movement toward greater congruence between what we profess, what we intend, and how we live. It is not an invitation to spiritual perfectionism. It is an invitation to truthful self-observation.
The central distinction
Watchfulness is the lens. Sincerity and intention are the subject. The goal is not to become unfiltered in every room; the goal is to understand what organizes our choices and whose approval we are serving.
