Al-Bāʿith invites us to contemplate resurrection, awakening, and what becomes possible after dormancy, loss, transition, or completion. Literal resurrection belongs to Allah. In this workbook, “renewal,” “awakening,” and “new life” are limited therapeutic metaphors for human development; they do not equate human change with Allah’s divine act of resurrection.
The central question
What is this season of my life for - and what is ready for new life now?
This is not a workbook about relentless productivity. Some seasons call for building, some for giving, some for grieving, some for healing, some for learning, some for transmitting, and some for relinquishing. Often we inhabit more than one season at once.
