This workbook explores a quiet season of conscious living: the season of “just me and Allah.” Allah is As-Shahīd, the All-Witnessing. Human self-observation is not divine witnessing; it is a limited practice of truthful attention, accountability, embodied care, and intentional choice.
The central question
If Allah already witnesses my life completely, what becomes possible when I stop looking away from it myself?
The Qur’an describes the body itself bearing witness: hands and feet testify (36:65), and hearing, sight, and skin bear witness (41:20-23). This workbook uses those verses as a spiritual invitation to honor the embodied life entrusted to us - without treating health, appearance, disability, illness, or longevity as measures of righteousness.
