Allah is Al-Haqq, the Absolute Truth. Human beings are not absolute: we perceive partially, remember
imperfectly, interpret, defend, learn, revise, and grow. This workbook does not invite certainty about
ourselves or other people. It invites a more humble task: becoming increasingly willing to live truthfully
and congruently.
The central question
Does the life I am living tell the truth about what I say I believe?
Congruence is the increasing alignment between what I believe, what I say, what I choose, and how I
actually live. The word increasing matters. Congruence is not perfection. A gap is information - something
to understand, not automatic proof of hypocrisy or failure.
