Al-Muʿīd turns our attention outward. After seasons of noticing, naming, healing, refining, strengthening, and beginning again, this workbook asks what healthier people can help restore together. Allah restores and returns creation in a way that belongs to divine power alone. Human beings do not imitate that attribute absolutely; we participate in limited acts of repair, renewal, cultivation, service, preservation, institution-building, hospitality, and transmission.
“If I have spent all this time healing myself, what am I becoming healthy enough to help restore?”
This workbook is educational and reflective. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical or legal care, emergency support, safeguarding procedures, or individualized religious guidance. Community restoration never requires returning to unsafe relationships or preserving harmful systems.
