This workbook reflects on Al-Mughnī - The Enricher - through the human work of discernment: what we invite into our lives, what we continue to carry, what we offer to others, and what belongs in this season. Human beings do not become self-sufficient or divine sources of enrichment. We remain created, dependent, relational, and in need of Allah.
QUR’ANIC ANCHOR“And that it is He who enriches and suffices.” — Qur’an 53:48 (Sahih International)
The Qur’an also speaks of Allah enriching from His bounty in the context of marriage (24:32). Marriage can be a means of goodness and provision, but another human being is not the missing half of a person. This workbook rejects the idea that love requires incompleteness.
YOU DO NOT COMPLETE ME. YOU MAY ADD GOOD TO THE LIFE I AM ALREADY LIVING.
I DO NOT COMPLETE YOU. I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSIDERING WHAT MY PRESENCE ADDS TO YOURS.
