This workbook explores the moral and relational power of communication. It distinguishes Allah’s absolute sovereignty from human responsibility: revelation teaches that human beings are tested with both hardship and good, while human beings remain accountable for harms we choose, enable, repeat, repair, or refuse to repair.
Clinical boundary: this workbook is reflective and educational. It does not frame abuse, oppression, trauma, illness, or disability as deserved punishment, nor does it claim access to Allah’s hidden purpose in a particular hardship.
