Terms & Conditions + No Refund Policy
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:
Digital Product & Immediate Access
This is a digital product/program. You will receive access to the digital content, training, resources, and/or community associated with your purchase after payment is successfully completed.
Because access to digital materials is provided immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No Refunds or Cancellations
Please review all product details carefully before purchasing. Once access has been provided, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be offered simply because you change your mind, decide the program is not the right fit, do not complete the material, or choose not to use the resources provided.
If you purchase using a payment plan or third-party financing provider, you remain responsible for the payment obligations you agreed to at checkout, subject to the terms of that provider and applicable law.
Educational Purposes & No Income Guarantee
The information, training, examples, testimonials, strategies, and resources provided are for educational and informational purposes only.
No specific income, earnings, business results, or financial outcomes are guaranteed. Any examples of income or results are examples only and should not be interpreted as a promise that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Your results will depend on many factors, including your effort, consistency, experience, skills, implementation, market conditions, and individual circumstances.
Personal Use Only
Your purchase provides access for your personal use only. Course materials, videos, downloads, templates, resources, login information, and other content may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, resold, uploaded, or provided to another person unless you have received written permission to do so.
Community & Access
If your purchase includes access to a private community, mentorship, or support platform, you agree to communicate respectfully and follow the community guidelines.
Access may be suspended or removed for harassment, abusive behaviour, unauthorized sharing or resale of materials, fraudulent activity, or other serious violations of these terms or community guidelines.
Third-Party Platforms
Some strategies taught within the program may involve third-party platforms, programs, marketplaces, or services. Their rules, eligibility requirements, approval processes, commissions, features, and policies may change at any time.
We do not control these third-party companies and cannot guarantee acceptance into, continued access to, or results from any third-party platform or program.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for your CDN purchase, your access to CDN will be immediately revoked.
This includes access to the CDN community, course materials, trainings, mentorship, resources, affiliate opportunities, and any other benefits included with your membership.
If a dispute is opened, access will be removed as soon as the dispute is received, regardless of whether the dispute is still being reviewed by the payment provider or financial institution.
Agreement
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand you are purchasing a digital product/program, understand what is included, have reviewed the purchase information, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and No Refund Policy.
