Which is a bit annoying.
Here's why.
If Monday is hips, Wednesday is a flow and Friday is something completely different, what exactly is your body supposed to get stronger at?
That's exactly what the Strength Yoga Series gives you.

You'll train your:
Upper body strength
Core stability
Hips + legs mobility
Balance integration
Full-body endurance
That's it. I've already worked out what you're training and why.
You press play. You do the class.
Because if you do these five classes once and expect to suddenly be stronger, I've got news for you.
That's not how strength works.
Your body needs repetition. You need to come back and notice: "Shit, I'm not shaking as much here." "That feels easier. I can hold that longer."
That's the whole point.
I've removed the guesswork. You just have to do the work.
“Each class had a clear plan. That made all the difference.”
“I loved recognizing patterns and feeling myself get stronger.”

Being good at yoga is lovely.
But I'd also quite like you to be able to:
⚡ Carry the shopping
⚡ Climb the stairs
⚡ Get up off the floor
⚡ Lift your suitcase
⚡ Catch yourself when you lose your balance
⚡ Move through your day without feeling like your body has suddenly become a group project you weren't invited to
That’s the kind of strength I want for you.
Because the goal isn't to win yoga. There is no yoga Olympics waiting for you on Friday.
The goal is to build a body that feels capable.

This was slightly inconvenient for me to discover.
Because I'd been doing yoga for years. I could do the poses. I was flexible. I had thousands of hours of practice behind me.
Surely that meant I was strong?
Not necessarily.
Yoga has spent years rewarding:
→ Deeper stretches
→ More complicated poses
→ Faster flows
→ Bigger ranges of motion
And look...None of those things are inherently bad.
And moving faster doesn't automatically mean your muscles are working harder.
If you want to build strength, your body needs something considerably less sexy:
Yes.
Repetition.
I know.
Terribly unexciting. But your muscles do not care whether Tuesday's transition was creative.
They care whether you've given them enough reason to adapt.

If your shoulders tire quickly, your posture has started creeping forward, or poses like plank and downward dog feel harder than they used to, we start here.
You’ll work the muscles that help you push, carry, reach and support your own bodyweight with more control.
Stronger shoulders, arms and upper back, with more stability through your upper body.

We're not doing 400 crunches. We're not sucking our stomachs in.
And we're not spending 45 minutes being told to “engage your core” while wondering whether anyone actually knows what that means?!
You’ll train your center to support movement around your spine and pelvis so your whole body feels more connected.
A stronger, more responsive core that supports you when you bend, balance, transition and move.

Your lower body does a ridiculous amount of work every day. So we’re going to train it accordingly. Walking. Standing. Stairs. Getting off the floor. Carrying things.
So we're going to train it accordingly.
This class focuses on your glutes, hamstrings, hips and legs.
Stronger legs and hips, plus more support and control through your lower body.

Balance isn’t just standing on one leg and hoping for the best.
It's a skill.
And it depends on strength, awareness and your body's ability to respond when your weight shifts.
This class trains the muscles along your back body, including your glutes, hamstrings and spinal support muscles, while giving you practical balance work you can actually repeat.
More stability, better body awareness and a steadier relationship with gravity.

This is where everything comes together.
Upper body.
Core.
Legs.
Balance.
Coordination.
Instead of treating your body like five separate departments that refuse to speak to each other, we'll use it as one connected system.
Strength that carries over into the way you bend, lift, transition, walk, travel and move through real life.
If making something harder automatically made it better, we'd just do Chaturangas until someone cried.
We're not doing that.
The difference here is structure.
That's what I built into:
Instead of throwing endless new movements at you:
We slow things down.
We repeat useful patterns.
We give your muscles time to work.
We pay attention to how you're moving, not just whether you can force yourself into the shape.
Then we build from there.
Because after 40, doing more isn't always the answer.
Doing the right things consistently usually gets you much further.

And somewhere along the way I discovered something mildly irritating:
I could do yoga.
I knew the shapes.
I'd practiced for thousands of hours.
But as I got older, what I wanted from yoga started changing.
I didn't care about collecting increasingly complicated poses like Pokémon.
Strength. Stability. Mobility. A body that felt capable.
And preferably without turning every workout into some sort of punishment for having a birthday.
Over the years, I've taught women and men across different ages, bodies and ability levels.
And I've watched what happens when yoga becomes more intentional.
✓ They notice where they're strong.
✓ They notice where they're compensating.
✓ They understand why we're doing something.
And suddenly their practice gives them something they can build on.
That's what I want this series to do for you.

A complete series covering upper body, core, hips + legs, balance and full-body strength.
Each session is 45 minutes or less.
No opening a yoga app and scrolling through 900 classes while slowly losing the will to practice.
You’ll know exactly what each class is designed to train.
Press play.
Do the work.
Come back and repeat it.
There is no schedule to keep up with. No “falling behind.” No gold star for finishing fastest.
Take rest days.
Repeat a class.
Spend longer on one area.
Your practice has to fit your life or, eventually, your life wins.
You keep the entire series.
So if work gets busy...
You travel...
Life goes sideways...
Or you simply stop practicing for three weeks because you're a human being...
It's still there.
Come back whenever you want more structure, need to rebuild consistency or simply don't want to think about what class to choose.
You'll also have somewhere to ask questions, share what you're noticing and get support as you work through the series.
Because sometimes you don't need another 45-minute class.
You need someone to tell you to move your foot three inches.
And suddenly everything makes sense.

You're in your 40s or beyond and the yoga that used to feel like enough... doesn't anymore.
You know the basics, you've practiced on and off for years, but you don't feel noticeably stronger or more stable.
You want yoga to stay in your life — you just want it to do more than make you flexible.
You're tired of fast classes, complicated sequences and the constant need for novelty.
You want shorter, focused sessions you can realistically repeat.
You care more about feeling capable than performing the fanciest version of a pose.
You want an actual plan instead of piecing together random classes and hoping they magically become one.
And you definitely don't need to develop an unexpected passion for Chaturangas.
A practice you can come back to.
Something that challenges your muscles without treating your body like a problem that needs fixing.
Enough structure to make progress.
Not so much structure that yoga becomes your second job.
Five classes. 45 minutes or less. Lifetime access.
Yes, some.
This series is for people who already feel comfortable with common yoga poses and transitions.
BUUUUT.
You do not need to be advanced.
The pace is steady, cues are clear and you'll have options throughout.
If you're completely new to yoga, I'd start with a beginner practice first.
It's designed primarily with women 40+ in mind.
But no one is checking your passport, birth certificate and gender before letting you into downward dog.
The practices themselves can be used by anyone who wants a more structured, strength-focused approach to yoga.
Good news.
You do not need to be flexible to do yoga.
You'll be given options so you can work with your body rather than forcing it into whatever shape you think you're “supposed” to make.
If you have an active injury, medical condition, significant pain or you're returning after illness or surgery, speak with an appropriate healthcare professional before starting.
Please don't buy this and decide your first job is to smash through all five as quickly as humanly possible.
That's not the point.
The benefit comes from practising them.
Work through the series at a pace that suits your schedule.
Repeat classes.
Take rest days.
Come back.
Repeat again.
Consistency beats cramming. Every time.
I'm not going to tell you you'll wake up after Class #2 with super toned shoulders.
Everyone responds differently.
What you can do is start paying attention.
Does a movement feel more controlled?
Are you steadier?
Does something that initially felt awkward start feeling familiar?
Are you more confident supporting your body?
That's progress.
Strength is built through consistent practice over time.
This series gives you the structure to do that.
A yoga mat.
That's enough to get started.
Blocks, a strap or bolster can be useful if you already have them, but they're optional.
No elaborate home gym.
No $900 collection of equipment sitting in the spare room slowly becoming somewhere to hang your washing.
Then you come back.
That's it. Seriously!!
You have lifetime access. There's no expiration date, and there's no schedule telling you you've “failed.”
Pause.
Repeat.
Restart.
Your yoga will still be there.
Everything is pre-recorded and hosted online. After purchasing, you'll receive access to the complete series.
Practice at home.
Practice while travelling.
Practice wherever you can roll out your mat.
Pause when you need. Repeat when you want. Practice on your schedule.
If you're ready to stop bouncing between random classes and start using yoga to deliberately train strength...
This is your place to begin.
Because this is a digital series with immediate, lifetime access, purchases are final.
