If yoga has become one of those things you keep meaning to get back to... but somehow another week passes and the mat is still sitting there untouched, this is for you.
⚡Maybe your body feels tighter than it used to.
⚡Maybe your energy is all over the place.
⚡Maybe you genuinely want to move more, but a long class on a busy Tuesday just feels... a little optimistic.
And maybe you’re tired of feeling like every break means you have to start from scratch again.
You don’t.
That’s exactly why I created this 5-day series.
Five guided yoga sessions built around strength, mobility, and simply helping your body feel better... without turning movement into another thing you have to be “good” at.

There’s a lot of advice that makes consistency sound very straightforward.
✓ Pick a routine.
✓ Stick to it.
✓ Stop making excuses.
Lovely in theory. Real life at 40+ can be a little less tidy.
Your sleep might be unpredictable; your energy can be great one day and nowhere to be found the next. Your hips, back, or shoulders may feel a little tighter than they did ten years ago.
And then there’s work, family, caregiving, appointments, life admin... all the things that somehow expand to fill every available inch of the day.
So if you’ve been starting yoga, stopping, and then telling yourself you really need to “get back on track”...
you may not need more discipline.
One that works with the body, energy, and schedule you have now.

Over five sessions, we’ll work on strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness without turning the whole thing into another project you have to manage.
You’ll move through your hips, spine, shoulders, and core.
You’ll build strength in places that may have gone a little quiet.
You’ll create more space in the areas that feel stiff or overworked.
And, maybe most importantly, you’ll remind yourself that moving your body can feel good without needing to be dramatic.
Because when you finish a session feeling better than when you started...
it becomes a lot easier to want to come back.

Let’s keep expectations sensible.
Maybe your hips feel a little less stuck.
Maybe your spine feels more awake.
Maybe your legs and core feel stronger.
Maybe your shoulders finally stop trying to live next to your ears.
Maybe you just notice that you feel a little more connected to your body again.
And sometimes that small shift is exactly what you need to get the ball rolling.

Not endless reps. Not “feel the burn” for the sake of it. Just useful strength that helps you feel more supported and capable in your body.
Hips. Shoulders. Spine. The bits that can start feeling a little less cooperative after years of sitting, working, driving, stress, training... life, basically.
We’ll give them some attention.
Strength isn’t just about how much you can lift. Feeling steady, coordinated, and confident in how you move matters too.
We’ll work on that throughout the sessions.
This part matters. The best workout in the world is not especially useful if you never want to do it again.
These sessions are designed to challenge you enough to feel like you’ve done something...
without leaving you wrung out for the rest of the day.
The goal is to finish thinking: “That felt good.” Not: “Thank God that’s over.”

You’ll get five pre-recorded practices, each around 45 minutes.
They’re designed to give you a proper session without the frantic pace, complicated choreography, or “push through it” energy that can make exercise feel like one more thing to survive.
🙌You can pause.
🙌You can modify.
🙌You can take a breather.
🙌You can move at your own pace. That is very much allowed.
Everything lives inside one easy mobile app. Open it. Choose your session.
Press play.
No hunting through old emails or wondering where you saved the link three weeks ago.
Small thing... surprisingly helpful.
You can come back whenever you need to.
Maybe you finish the five days and repeat your favorite sessions.
Maybe life gets busy and you circle back a few weeks later.
Maybe this becomes the thing you return to whenever your body starts feeling a bit stiff and neglected.
There’s no expiry date, no falling behind and no need to “catch up.”
There’s also a community space if you have a question or want a little support along the way.
And no, you do not need to post daily updates or become someone who tells strangers what you ate for breakfast.
Use it as much or as little as you like.
Pretty simple.

I’ve taught yoga in studios, online, on retreats, and everywhere in between. And over the years, I’ve watched a very familiar pattern play out.
Women think they’ve become “bad” at consistency. They assume they’ve lost motivation. They start beating themselves up for not keeping up with the routines they used to manage.
But often, the bigger issue is much simpler. Life changed. Your body changed. Your energy changed. Your responsibilities changed.
That’s a difficult combination.
So I’m not especially interested in helping you become the version of you who had more time, more energy, and fewer responsibilities.
I’m much more interested in helping you feel strong, mobile, and confident in the body you have now.
That’s the kind of yoga I teach. Useful, Supportive without being overly precious about it. And realistic enough to fit into an actual life.
You’re over 40 and want to feel stronger without jumping into an intense fitness plan.
You feel stiffer than you used to and know your body would probably appreciate a little more regular movement.
You keep falling in and out of yoga and are tired of feeling like every break means starting from zero.
You want to build strength, but you also want to move better.
Your energy changes from day to day, and rigid workout plans don’t always fit particularly well.
You want guidance that feels supportive and clear... not shouty.
And you’d really like to feel a little more at home in your body again.
You want a hardcore transformation challenge.
You want high-intensity workouts that leave you flat on the floor.
Or you’re looking for a quick fix that promises to undo years of stiffness, stress, and inconsistency in five days.
That’s not really the point.
This is simply a way to start moving again.
A sensible one. A manageable one. And one you can actually come back to.
And realistic enough to fit into an actual life.

I’d much rather you think: “Oh... I actually want to do that again.” That matters far more.
Because consistency usually doesn’t come from forcing yourself to follow a perfect plan.
It comes from finding something that feels good enough, useful enough, and realistic enough that you’re willing to come back.
Even when the week gets messy. Especially then.

If you’re new to yoga, returning after a long break, or dealing with an injury, illness, or ongoing health issue, it’s worth checking in with your doctor, physical therapist, or another qualified healthcare professional before you start.
These sessions are for general fitness and educational purposes and aren’t intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
As always, listen to your body. Modify when you need to. Rest when something doesn’t feel right.
And remember... doing less on a low-energy day still counts.
