6-WEEK STRENGTH-BASED YOGA · WOMEN 40+

Most programs give you exercises. This one changes your body.
Two sessions a week.
Twelve flows.
Three phases.
A yoga program built specifically around how your body builds STRENGTH in your 40s, not how it did at 32, and not how it works in someone else's body. Yours. NOW.
THERE'S AN ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM

Stay with me.
This is not a criticism of your practice, your discipline, or the years you’ve put in.
The yoga you’ve loved for years may have supported flexibility, mobility, flow, and stress relief. All of that matters.
But feeling worked and building strength are not the same thing.
Especially now. Especially in your 40s.
THIS IS THE PART THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING

The training that worked at 32 was built for a different hormonal environment: steadier estrogen, faster recovery, more collagen support, and muscle that responded quickly and held on more easily.
That is not the body you are training now. And trying harder inside the same approach will not change that.
⚡You need more recovery between sessions, not less. ⚡You need load that builds gradually, not intensity that spikes and crashes.
⚡You need repeated patterns, practiced consistently, because that is how your nervous system learns to recruit muscle again in midlife.
SO WHAT'S THE ALTERNATIVE?

The problem has never been your commitment.
KEEP TRAINING THE WAY YOU HAVE BEEN. OR TRAIN THE WAY YOUR BODY ACTUALLY RESPONDS.
The choice isn't yoga or no yoga.
It's which kind of yoga, and whether it's designed around what your body needs now, or what it needed ten years ago.
🤫 Sessions designed around flexibility, not load
🤫 No progression. Same effort, same result, week after week.
🤫 Volume your 40s body can't recover from properly
🤫 Programs built for stable estrogen. Yours isn't.
🤫 Starting over repeatedly because nothing sticks
🛠️ 3x progressive phases - each week builds on the last
🛠️ Bodyweight loading that creates actual strength stimulus
🛠️ 2x sessions a week. Enough to spark change. Enough to recover.
🛠️ Designed to work with your changing hormones, not against them.
🛠️ Short enough to actually repeat. Structured enough to actually work.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

Muscle isn’t just about looking toned, though yes, that’s a nice bonus.
It supports your bones, metabolism, joints, and your ability to move well, carry things, and feel strong as you age.
And in midlife, all of that matters more than ever.
And here’s the part that usually gets missed:

Not all yoga. But strength-focused yoga, sequenced with intention and enough challenge, can build strength, improve mobility and flexibility, and train your body to move with more control.
Fortify40 2.0 is where that happens.
Not yoga for performance. Not yoga for how it looks.
✨ Thank you for creating a space for woman like me. I don’t get it 100% perfect but, finally I understand it’s more important to acknowledge and respect where your body and mind is on that particular day.
Yoga that teaches your body to produce force, stabilise joints, and move with genuine control. The kind of practice that makes daily life feel different, because it's actually making you stronger, not just tired.
The CORE Method. Your hormonal reality, finally accounted for. A structure you can follow. A result you can feel.
THE FRAMEWORK BEHIND EVERY SESSION
Every session in this program runs on 4x principles. Together, they're the reason two sessions a week builds more than five sessions of random effort ever did.

INSIDE THE PROGRAM
Fortify40 2.0 is split into 3x progressive phases. Each one builds on the last. Each one has a specific job to do in your body.

We start with your shoulders because they support almost every upper body movement. Planks, Downward Dog, transitions, pushing, carrying. If your shoulder girdle isn't stable, everything above and below it compensates.
These 2x weeks build real shoulder strength, improve stability in weight-bearing positions, and reduce the excess neck and upper trap tension that comes from years of a body holding on too hard in all the wrong places.
By the end of Phase 1, you'll feel more controlled, more aligned, and more confident just putting your hands on the ground.

Not the surface abs. The deep stabilizers. The muscles that support your spine in every movement you make on the mat and in daily life. When these go offline, everything compensates: the lower back, the hip flexors, the neck. The problems you feel elsewhere often start here.
These 2x weeks activate your deep core, build stability through your hips, shoulders, and spine, and improve balance and control in a way that carries directly into how you move through your actual days.

Your lower body is your base. Weak hips and unstable legs mean everything above them is working harder than it should. This phase builds the strength that grounds everything else: glutes, quads, the hip stabilizers that govern your balance and joint health for decades.
By the end of Phase 3, everything from the first four weeks integrates. You'll feel it in standing work, in transitions, in the way you walk up stairs and carry things and move through a day without bracing and hoping for the best.
EVERYTHING INSIDE
12 strength-based yoga flows across three phases, each building deliberately on the last. 30 to 45 minutes per session.
A structured weekly rhythm - two sessions a week, released on a schedule so you always know what to do and when. No guessing, no program-building yourself.
Step-by-step alignment cues and modifications in every recording so you can practice safely and effectively wherever you are in your strength journey
Weekly personal check-ins from Natalia - direct support to answer questions, troubleshoot what's coming up, and make sure you're not navigating this alone
Private community of women in their 40s working the same program. Real conversations, not a highlight reel.
🎁 Chaturanga Dandasana: Foundation Stage {$69.99 Value} An anatomy breakdown of Chaturanga for people who’ve been doing it for years but never felt truly comfortable or confident in it.
This isn’t about muscling through or “getting stronger” by forcing reps.
🎁 Habits That Stick Workbook {$49 Value} This workbook helps you turn “I’ll start tomorrow” into something you actually keep doing.
It explains why habits are hard, and shows you how to make change feel easier instead of harder.
🎁 Private Community {Value: honestly? Priceless} A small, thoughtful crew of women working on strength, consistency, and real-life momentum, together.
AFTER SIX WEEKS
What you will walk away with
Build stronger arms, core, hips, and legs without high-impact training.
Improve balance, stability, and coordination.
Move through daily life with less stiffness, less compensation, and more capacity.
Carry, lift, reach, bend, and get up from the floor with more ease.
** And beyond the physical? Understand how to train your midlife body so you can keep building strength over time.
REAL WOMEN, REAL RESULTS

I built this program from the inside of the exact experience you're having, not from the outside looking in at it.
I've been practicing yoga for 18 years and teaching for nearly a decade. In that time, I've watched how the conversation around women and strength training has shifted - and how much of it still misses what actually happens in a midlife body. The hormonal picture. The recovery needs. The way effort that worked at 32 stops working at 44 and nobody tells you why.
That's what this program is built on. Not theory. Not someone else's template with a midlife sticker on the front. A decade of teaching women in their 40s, 3,500+ hours of real experience, and the kind of understanding that only comes from living this transition yourself.
My commitment to you is the same as it's always been: to help you build consistent habits that strengthen your body and steady your mind. So you can move through midlife feeling capable and at home in your own skin.
I became a certified yoga teacher in 2016. At first, clients didn’t come easily. I focused on showing up, gaining hours, and sharpening my skills.
Somewhere in that journey, I discovered my true passion: helping women feel stronger and more at home in their bodies.
Or you could still be putting in effort that doesn't quite add up. The program is here. The decision is yours.

You're a woman in your 40s navigating the physical shifts of perimenopause
You've been practicing yoga and want to know it's actually building something
You're not brand new to yoga -you know the basics, and you're ready to go further
You want structure. A program that tells you exactly what to do and when, without requiring five days a week to do it.
You're tired of effort that feels like it disappears. You want it to compound.
You're ready to commit to yourself, and you just need the right container to do it in
You want quick results. Six weeks of two sessions a week builds real, lasting strength - it's not a five-day transformation.
You're only here for flexibility or relaxation. These flows will challenge you. That's the point.
You're not willing to show up twice a week consistently. The CORE Method works because of consistency. Without it, it's just content.
You prefer live, in-person classes. This program is self-paced and fully online.

If you’re not happy with the program, NO stress. Just send me an email within 7 days of purchase, and I’ll issue a full refund within 24 business hours. No questions asked.
If you can hold a plank {even for a few seconds}, move through a Sun Salutation, and find a Downward Dog, you have what you need to start.
Every session includes modifications and step-by-step cues so you can work at your level throughout.
Each session in Fortify40 2.0 is designed to build on the last - so your body isn't just repeating effort, it's compounding it.
Random classes feel good in the moment. They don't add up to strength the way structured progressive training does. Especially in your 40s, where the stimulus needs to be intentional for the body to respond.
That said, if you're managing an active injury or a recent diagnosis, please check with your healthcare provider before starting.
These sessions are designed for educational purposes and are not a substitute for medical advice.
Listen to your body - and if something doesn't feel right, adjust or skip it.
One session a week will maintain mobility and body awareness but is unlikely to produce the strength gains the program is built for.
You have lifetime access - if a week gets away from you, just pick up where you left off.
The only failure mode here is stopping entirely.
No gym, no weights, no special setup. Your bodyweight, intelligently applied, is the load.
2x new classes are released each Tuesday, giving you a steady rhythm.
Everything is mobile-friendly and accessible anywhere. You also get a free app for easy on-the-go use.
If you find out within that first week that it’s not the right fit, you can request a refund and receive your full investment back. {You’ll also be removed from the membership portal if you decide to step away.}
After the initial 7-day period, no refunds will be available, so my encouragement is to give yourself those first classes to truly feel into the program before deciding.
Because when you commit and see it through, that’s when the shifts, strength, tone, mobility, focus, REALLY begin to show.
