This isn’t one-size-fits-all.
This is one-size-fits-you.
Whether you're brand new or decades deep in your yoga practice, we'll create something, grounded, realistic, and sustainable over time.
Your body.
Your growth.
Your version of “strong.”
READY TO BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION?
In-person sessions give you the kind of direct feedback you can’t get in a group class.
Think:
Real-time adjustments
Poses customized for your body
Time to pause, ask questions, and actually understand what you're doing
No mirrors. No pressure.
Just steady guidance that helps you move better, feel more confident, and actually enjoy your practice.
Online doesn’t mean “less than.”
You’ll still get structure, coaching, and a plan that makes sense for your body, energy, and schedule.
What it looks like:
Clear demos + alignment cues
Practice in your own space, without rushing to a studio
Built-in flexibility {you don’t have to “push through” a bad day}
We’ll adapt based on how you show up, tired, energized, sore, overwhelmed. That’s part of the work.

Private yoga gives you what most can’t:
🙌 A clear plan. No more guessing. Every session is built around your goals.
🙌 Real-time feedback. I’ll help you adjust as you go, so you can feel what’s working, and what’s not.
🙌 Flexibility that fits real life. Your body. Your schedule. Your energy that day. We work with all of it.
🙌 Support that sticks. You’re not doing this alone. I’m here to keep you grounded, focused, and moving forward, even on the hard days.
This isn’t just “follow along” yoga. It’s a practice that’s made to work for YOU.

01) You don’t have to bend your life around a class schedule. No more racing across town or trying to squeeze yoga in between meetings or errands.
These sessions work around your real life, not the other way around.
02) It’s tailored to you, not the person on the mat next to you. Every session is built around HOW your body moves, WHAT you’re working through, and what you NEED that day.
No guesswork. No cookie-cutter sequences. Just a practice that feels like it was made for you, because it was.
03) You’re not expected to go “all in” overnight. Small steps, steady support. That’s what creates momentum.
You’ll move at a pace that works for you, with someone in your corner, keeping it doable and judgment-free.
04) Real progress, without the overwhelm. Stronger core? Better balance? More mobility in your hips or shoulders?
Whatever your goals, we’ll track them together, so you’re not left wondering if it’s “working.” You’ll feel the difference.
MEET AMY J. FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM

Yoga has been my go-to stress relief since 2003, balancing out intense gym sessions and the chaos of life as a full-time working mum of two.
When I found Natalia’s classes, everything clicked.
The perfect mix of structure, encouragement, and flexibility to fit my unpredictable schedule.
Even after 20+ years, I’m still learning, still growing.
Life is hectic. I travel for work, have two kids, a dog, and a pilot husband.
Yoga is my reset. Some days, I nail every pose. Some days, I don’t. Both are okay.
What matters is that I show up, breathe, and laugh along the way.
HI, I’M NATALIA, AND I’M GLAD YOU FOUND YOUR WAY HERE.

You probably didn't end up here because you woke up one morning and decided you wanted to become a yoga person.
→ Maybe you're carrying more tension than you used to.
→ Maybe your balance feels a little less steady.
→ Maybe stress seems to stick around longer than it once did.
Or maybe you've simply started noticing that what worked for your body ten or twenty years ago...
...doesn't work quite the same way anymore.
That’s the space I work in.
Over the past decade, I've taught more than 3,500 hours of yoga and one thing I've learned is this:
Every body has a story.
And no two bodies are exactly alike.
HOW I FOUND YOGA

I was looking for a dance class. 🤭
Instead, I walked into an Ashtanga practice that challenged me in ways I didn’t expect.
And while I appreciated the physical side of it...
what really stayed with me was how different I felt afterwards.
→ Less wired. More present.
→ Less reactive. More patient.
→ Less in my head. More in the moment.
Years later, while working in the corporate world and spending most of my days behind a screen...
Yoga stopped feeling like exercise.
And started feeling necessary.
{Not in a dramatic "sell everything and move to Bali" kind of way 😅 buuuut...}
It gave me the courage to completely change the direction of my life and begin teaching full time.
And honestly?
I'm very glad I accidentally walked into the wrong class that day.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN WE WORK TOGETHER

Have you ever wondered why yoga can feel helpful... but not always like it's leading anywhere?
One week you're practicing regularly. The next week life gets busy. You try a different class, a different teacher, a different YouTube video.
And before long...
it feels like you're starting over again.
The interesting thing is that your body learns the same way it learns any skill.
It needs enough consistency, structure, and repetition to build on what came before.
That's really where the CORE Method came from.👇👇
Not as a set of rules. But as a way to help you:
→ Stop guessing.
→ Stop starting over.
→ Give your body a chance to learn, adapt, and get stronger over time.
And honestly?
I'm very glad I accidentally walked into the wrong class that day.

Consistency → showing up often enough for your body to recognize what you're asking of it.
Order → giving your practice enough structure that each session builds on the one before it.
Repetition → because strength, balance, and confidence come from practicing something more than once.
Engagement → paying attention to what you're doing instead of simply going through the motions.

We’ll slow things down so you can feel what’s actually happening in your body. Together, we’ll fine-tune your form so every practice supports you, not works against you.
No pushing. No forcing. Just clear guidance, real progress, and yoga practice that feels safe and sustainable.
When practice clicks?
Tension eases. Confidence builds. And your body starts to feel like a better place to live.
Private yoga is ideal if you’re new, coming back after a break, or feeling a bit… disconnected from your body lately. We go at your pace. We slow things down. We build from where you actually are — not where you think you should be.
No pressure. No gold stars. No pretending.
Private sessions let us work with what’s going on in your body instead of forcing it to keep up.
Old injuries, stiff joints, hormone shifts, low energy days, all of that gets factored in.
If you’re unsure whether private yoga is right for your situation, that’s what the discovery call is for.
In a private session:
You’re not guessing if you’re doing it “right”
You’re not modifying on the fly while the class keeps moving
You can stop, ask questions, and actually understand what’s happening
Everything is built around your body. No mirrors. No comparison. No racing the clock.
Flexibility is not a prerequisite, and it’s not the goal.
Strength, stability, coordination, and confidence matter way more.
Those come from learning how to move well, not from pushing harder into poses you used to love at 25.
You still get structure, coaching, real-time feedback, and a plan that makes sense for your body and your schedule.
Plus… no commuting, no rushing, no crowded studios. Big win.
The 4-class package is a solid place to start if you want to get your feet under you and see how private yoga feels.
The 8-class package works well if you’re ready for more consistency and deeper progress.
Not sure? Idk, let’s talk.
A discovery call can help you decide without overthinking it.
Sessions are booked in advance, but the practice itself adapts to how you show up that day — tired, sore, energized, overwhelmed.
No “pushing through” needed..
Consistency > perfection. Always.
Private yoga slows things down so you can actually feel what’s going on in your body again.
We focus on quality, not just getting through a sequence.
That’s usually when things start clicking again; less effort, more support.
If you’re unsure, book a discovery call or start with an intro session.
We’ll talk through your body, your goals, your concerns — and decide together if this makes sense for you.
If it’s a yes, great.
If it’s a not-right-now, also great.
Package validity:
Packages are meant to be used within their set time frame {4 classes = 1 month, 8 classes = 2 months} and don’t automatically extend. This helps keep momentum going.
Life happens though — if something unexpected comes up and you need to pause or chat about a short extension, just reach out and we’ll talk it through.
Scheduling + cancellations:
Sessions are booked in advance and subject to availability.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 2 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a used session.
Transfers:
Packages are for you — they’re non-transferable and can’t be shared with someone else.
Refunds:
Packages are non-refundable, including any unused sessions.
Nothing here is meant to be rigid or scary.
It’s just about keeping things clear and fair on both sides.
If you’re unsure about timing, commitment, or whether this setup works for your life right now, that’s exactly what a discovery call is for. No pressure. Just a real conversation to see if this is the right fit.
