You got a lead! ... now what?
Whether you are a new or an experienced agent... sometimes when a lead comes in, or a client wants to write an offer, or you a prepping a house for the market, you're wondering what do I do next? or am I forgetting anything?
I created these checklists 10 years ago when I got into Real Estate and started working with a top producing team as an assistant - to help me manage the workload and not forget anything. I am constantly refining them to fit my business and clients - you can add or take away whatever doesn't suit your business, but this is a great place to start if you don't have it all written down.
These checklists will make sure you never forget any task when working with a Buyer or a Seller.
This is for you if you’re looking to:
Run a more streamlined business
Have more organization and structure in your business
Not have anything fall through the cracks
Not have to try to remember every little thing
Want a roadmap of exactly what to do from the minute a lead comes in to after close of escrow
What do you get?
A PDF of my transaction cover sheet - you can filI it out on the computer, print it and write on it or upload it into your project management software (notion, trello, asana..). It is designed to keep you organized, so all of the important info is readily available so you don't have to go searching for it. [One for Buyers and Sellers]
Checklists for:
Buyers [107 Total Tasks]: Lead, Post Consult, Writing an Offer, Escrow, After Close, Seller Rent Back
Sellers [228 Total Tasks]: Lead, Post Consult, Pre-Market Prep, Phase 1: Coming Soon Marketing, Phase 2: Just Listed Marketing, Broker Tour, Twilight Tour, Open House, Escrow, After Close
I feel like the value is way more than $97(and more than a few of you have told me so 😜) but I really want it to be accessible to everyone - new and experienced agents alike. And really that's just my way of saying... it's worth it!
So..
are you going to make your life easier?
