These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of coaching services, webinars, workshops, digital products, courses, memberships, and resources provided by the Company.
By purchasing or accessing any service or product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Coaching Disclaimer
Neuronimble Coaching provides coaching, education, tools, accountability, and practical support.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychiatry, psychological treatment, medical advice, crisis intervention, or healthcare.
We do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical or mental health conditions.
If clinical or therapeutic support is required, we may recommend seeking support from an appropriately qualified professional.
3. Eligibility
Services are intended for adults aged 18 years or older.
By purchasing a service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract.
4. Coaching Services
Services may include:
Group coaching programmes
Individual coaching
Webinars and workshops
Digital downloads
Courses and educational materials
Memberships and community resources

5. Payments
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Payment must be received before access is granted to any programme, coaching service, webinar, course, or digital product.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
We do not store payment card details.
6. Refund Policy
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
No refunds are available once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
Webinars and Workshops
If a webinar or workshop proceeds as advertised, refunds are not normally available.
If the Company cancels an event, an alternative date, credit, or refund may be offered at our discretion.
Coaching Programmes
Once a coaching programme has commenced, payments are non-refundable.
7. Attendance and Rescheduling
Group Programmes
Teaching content may be recorded.
Group discussions are not recorded.
Missed sessions are not repeated or rescheduled.
Individual Coaching
8. Recordings
Group teaching sessions may be recorded for educational purposes.
Participant discussions are not recorded.
Individual coaching sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed by both parties in advance.
9. Communication Between Sessions
Support between sessions is limited to agreed communication channels.
Email responses are normally provided within two working days.
Crisis support is not available via email, messaging, coaching calls, or community spaces.
If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, please contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service.
10. Client Responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for:
Decisions they make
Actions they take
Results achieved from coaching
Seeking appropriate medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice where required
No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, downloads, resources, recordings, presentations, graphics, exercises, and educational content remain the intellectual property of MindMosaic ADHD Support Ltd unless otherwise stated.
Materials are provided for personal use only.
They may not be copied, reproduced, shared, sold, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
This includes Neuronimble Coaching frameworks, Chaosland™, The Chaos Compass™, and related materials.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We aim to create safe and respectful spaces.
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from programmes, events, communities, or coaching relationships without refund.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of our services or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted under UK law.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The most recent version will apply to future purchases and services.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
