These Terms & Conditions apply to digital products purchased from Nicoslocos.

2. Digital Products
Products such as The Profitable Menu Playbook are digital products. No physical product will be shipped.
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer or made available for download following successful payment.
3. Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed on the product page before purchase. The customer agrees to pay the price shown at checkout, including applicable taxes where required.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available through Stan Store and its payment providers.
4. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Consumers normally have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts. However, for digital content supplied immediately and not on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery/download begins if the consumer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that this causes the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By expressly requesting immediate access and acknowledging the loss of the statutory withdrawal right at checkout, the customer agrees that delivery of the digital content may begin immediately.
This does not limit any rights the customer may have under mandatory consumer law in cases involving faulty or non-conforming digital content.
5. Refunds
Because our digital products are delivered immediately, refunds are generally not provided after delivery has begun where the customer's statutory withdrawal right has validly been lost.
If you experience a technical problem, receive an incorrect file, or believe the digital product is defective, contact nico@nicoslocos.com.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.
6. Licence & Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, purchasing a Nicoslocos digital product grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for their own personal or internal business purposes.
You may apply the ideas, principles and strategies contained in the product to your own restaurant, café, bar or other business.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, share, resell, sublicense or make the digital files or their contents available to third parties, whether for free or for payment.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content, design, graphics, written material and other intellectual property contained in Nicoslocos products remain the intellectual property of Nicoslocos unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
8. Educational Information
Nicoslocos products provide educational information and practical guidance based on design, hospitality experience and applicable psychology and marketing principles.
Results vary between businesses and customers. No specific increase in revenue, profit, sales or other business result is guaranteed.
9. Problems With Your Order
If you have problems accessing your purchase or believe the digital content is faulty, contact:

We will aim to resolve legitimate delivery or product issues within a reasonable time.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights granted to consumers under Finnish or applicable EU consumer-protection legislation.

We encourage customers to contact nico@nicoslocos.com first so that we can attempt to resolve any issue directly.

12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The Terms applicable to a purchase are those in effect when the order is placed.
