I’m very happy with my Japan Travel Guide! As a half-Japanese American myself, I’ve always felt drawn to Japan by my family history. I’ve visited already a few times and feel pretty proficient traveling around and sightseeing…. but I’ve learned SO MANY new tips from your guide. Thank you so much!

You said that this was everything you would tell a friend and it genuinely feels like I’m quizzing a very knowledgeable friend about everything I want to know. The specific recommendations of restaurants/bars/etc., info about renting a car, jet lag, and pharmacy sections especially feel like getting recommendations and advice from a friend instead of reading the same info that gets repeated over and over in tourist-focused info. I’m definitely looking forward to trying out a lot of these places when I go to Japan later this month!

I have been to Japan over 10 times but I still found things that were useful in your guide! It’s beautifully designed and so easy to read! Congratulations on your success and I hope it continues to grow from here!

BEST decision in my life! I love your personality and how genuine you are in your posts! I haven’t read all of the guide yet - but everything so far is AMAZEBALLS 😍 Love the personal touch and details - also details people normally wouldn’t ask for .. like the toilet section 🤣🤣 but for me (a giant overthinker) this is an absolute gamechanger!

This is the third Japan guide I’ve bought from an influencer and the thing I love most about yours is that you’re not trying to sell it in the guide like some super secret info. Your guide feels like I have a friend who has been to Japan a bunch and is giving honest feedback on what to see and how to act. Breath of fresh air, thank you for doing this!

The guide is A-MA-ZING! I can tell it was made by a fellow ADHDer just trying to make an honest to god good guide. The layout and pictures are great, the text is easy to focus on but not overwhelming, there's so much info and it's all useful! As a perfectionist: no notes. Ngl I'm a bit stingy irl (lol), but the guide's just incredible and so worth it! Love from poland <3

I’ve saved so many reels and TikToks about Japan over the years, but when I actually need something, it’s almost impossible to find it again. Having everything organized and in one place ia going to save me so much time. From transportation and money tips to cultural etiquette, useful phrases, and practical travel advice, it’s all easy to access on my phone. For me, that’s the biggest value. You don’t have to spend hours digging through social media because everything you need is already there. If you’re planning a trip to Japan, I’d definitely say it’s worth it

Just wanted to say thank you for the Japan guide. It’s wonderfully laid out and full of great information, and best of all, your author voice shines through in every sentence and makes it feel authentic and real, like talking to a friend.

My wife and I are going to Japan in October. I have family still in Kyushu so it has been on my bucket list to go since I was little. I have gotten so many suggestions from friends and family that it all just felt so overwhelming. Then when searching online, I felt like I got even more confused and torn in so many directions. This guide feels like such an amazing blend between things that are on “must see” guides and things from personal experience. The TLDR sections for each are so useful when just trying to look back to grab the information. Not to mention the nuances included in this guide. The information in the ryokan section is life-saving to keep from dying of embarrassment. We are also so appreciative of the inclusion of LGBT+ info! Can’t thank Nina enough for all the hard work that was put into this! ありがとうございます!

I just bought it, took a quick glance at it and all i can say is that you are an amazing human being for doing this. I know there are tons of people online doing similar things but I can tell you definitely pour your heart in this guide. I'm going to Japan next April for my second time and although I have ideas of what im doing, it doesnt hurt to learn some thing from you. I am also learning Japanese because I wanna feel part of the culture a bit more and be able to communicate better. I honestly cant wait to see and follow more of your trips and learn more.

I really love all the tips and advice that were throughout the guide. I also loved the personal touch with your own personal experience photos. For someone who has gone to Japan a few times, I learned new things from the guide as well. The dates to avoid is so helpful. Super easy to read and easy to go through. Love a hyperlinked table of contents. I love all the attention to detail. This is a great guide!

Great info!! I’m from Australia and traveling there in September so this is perfect timing! Love all of it especially the part on pharmacy as I think that’s the kind of thing never covered in guides and you need it so much!! Thank you!!!

I purchased your travel guide and skimmed through it and can already tell i wish i had something like this when I went to Japan for the first time in December 2025. I will be using your guide HEAVILY for my Osaka and Kyoto trip in 2027.

I just finished your guide. My God, it's really good! That's not hyperbole. What I really loved is you gave so much helpful information, but it was all very digestible. And it's written in YOUR voice. The sprinkling of "af" and "tf" was delightful for me, someone who's been following you since the beginning of the year. I was anxious about my upcoming trip to Japan (hi, I'm a worrier) and have felt overwhelmed by all the information out there. But your guide makes me feel less worried. And I agree with that one comment that its better than Lonely Planet!
