IN-PERSON SOMATIC ENERGY HEALING

In-Person Somatic Energy Healing

I am a Somatic Energy Healer and Intuitive, and no two sessions are ever the same.

This work isn’t protocol-based — it’s attunement-based. We follow what is present in your system in real time, allowing your body, nervous system, and energy field to lead.

Throughout the session, I am in continuous relationship with your energy. This often includes hands-on reiki and energy work, while also tracking what is unfolding somatically, emotionally, and intuitively.

Together, we may:

• Ground into the present moment and support your system in orienting towards safety

• Gently attune to sensations in the body and build capacity to be with what’s there

• Witness and begin to unravel subconscious patterning held in the body and energy field

• Connect with and integrate parts of you that experienced overwhelm, hurt, or fragmentation

• Support emotional processing without force, allowing what’s ready to move to move

• Work with the lymphatic system to support physical and energetic clearing

• Metabolize held charge and activation that your system hasn’t had the space to process

• Receive intuitive guidance that reflects what your system is ready to see or shift

This is a space where nothing is rushed or forced.

We are not trying to fix you — we are supporting your system in doing what it already knows how to do when it has the right conditions: process, integrate, and come back into relationship with itself.
