The Company grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access the Site for personal use only. All trademarks and trade names appearing on the Site are either owned by the Company or used with permission. You may not use any content, names, or likenesses without express written authorization. 4. Downloadable Files and Templates
Digital downloads (e.g. guides, templates, workbooks, checklists, or planners) are for personal use only. You may not: modify, edit, or adapt the files for resale; resell or redistribute the files in any format; share the content publicly or with third parties, either for free or for payment. Unauthorized use of these materials is considered a violation of copyright and may result in legal action.

8. Payment and Pricing
All purchases must be paid in full at checkout. Prices are in euros (€) and may change at any time. Sales are final. Promotional pricing or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases. The Company is not responsible for currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges.
9. No Refunds (Digital Products)
Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated or legally required. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact hello@ninicesunzu.com within 7 days. Remedies are limited to either a refund or a replacement, at the Company’s sole discretion.
10. Coaching Calls and Scheduling
If your purchase includes 1:1 sessions, you are responsible for scheduling your appointments. All coaching bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify the Company at hello@ninicesunzu.com at least 48 hours in advance. Missed calls or late cancellations are forfeited.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Tools
The Site may rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Stripe, Stan Store, Google Drive) to process payments or deliver services. The Company is not liable for issues or failures originating from these providers. Any dispute should be handled with the third-party provider directly.
12. No Guarantees or Financial Promises
The Company provides education and tools to help you manage your finances or business. However, your success depends entirely on your personal decisions, execution, resources, and consistency. The Company does not guarantee any income, business results, or personal transformation. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not promises of future performance.
13. Security and Disclaimer of Warranties
Although the Company takes steps to secure the Site, it cannot guarantee that the Site or any files downloaded from it are free from viruses or harmful code.
