The Full Circle Package is for families who want to know that support is there at every turn — not pieced together session by session, but held as one continuous thread from planning through loss and into the grief that follows. It's the deepest level of care I offer, designed for those who want one steady presence walking beside them through all of it.

What's included:

• 3 Planning Sessions (60-90 minutes sessions) — Dedicated time to talk through end-of-life wishes, advance care planning, and whatever questions or fears are weighing on you, at a pace that feels manageable.

• On-Call Vigil Presence (up to 20 hours) — Bedside sitting, comfort care, and respite for family caregivers during the active dying process, available when you need it most.

• 2 Aftercare & Bereavement Sessions (60 minute sessions) — Continued grief support in the weeks following loss, when the initial flurry of casseroles and check-ins has quieted and the real weight often sets in.

• Unlimited Text & Email Support — A direct line to reach out with questions, fears, or simply the need to be heard, throughout the entire arc of care.

• Continuity of Care — One consistent person who already knows your family's story, values, and wishes — no re-explaining, no starting over with someone new at each stage.
