Terms & Conditions of Sale and Use

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of all products, services and content provided by Oak Path Education Ltd ("Oak Path", "we", "our", or "us").
By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using any product or service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase, download or use our products.

2. Licence to Use
When you purchase a resource you are purchasing a licence to use the material, not ownership of the intellectual property.
Oak Path grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for your own personal or internal educational use only.
This licence may not be transferred, sold, assigned or shared.
3. Copyright
All products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Oak Path Education Ltd.
This includes but is not limited to:
• PDFs
• Guides
• Workbooks
• Checklists
• Templates
• Worksheets
• Graphics
• Logos
• Branding
• Videos
• Audio
• Written content
• Course materials
Copyright is protected under UK and international copyright law.
4. Prohibited Uses
Unless you have our prior written permission, you may NOT:
• Copy any resource in whole or in part.
• Share downloaded files with another person.
• Email purchased resources to anyone else.
• Upload resources to websites.
• Upload resources to shared drives.
• Upload resources to learning platforms.
• Upload resources to social media.
• Sell our resources.
• Resell our resources.
• Modify and redistribute our resources.
• Remove copyright notices.
• Claim authorship.
• Incorporate our work into another publication.
• Translate our work for distribution.
• Create derivative works for resale.
• Print multiple copies for commercial use.
• Use any Oak Path resource to train, develop or improve any artificial intelligence model, machine learning system or similar technology.
Any unauthorised use immediately terminates your licence.
5. Schools and Organisations
Purchases are licensed to one individual purchaser unless a separate school, organisational or multi-user licence has been purchased.
Resources may not be shared across staff members, departments or schools without the appropriate licence.
6. Digital Products
All products are digital unless expressly stated otherwise.
No physical products will be sent.
You are responsible for downloading and storing your purchases.
7. Downloads
We recommend downloading your files immediately after purchase.
Whilst we will make reasonable efforts to maintain customer access, we cannot guarantee indefinite download availability.
Customers are responsible for keeping backup copies.
8. Educational Disclaimer
Oak Path resources are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
They do not constitute:
• medical advice
• psychological advice
• legal advice
• therapeutic advice
• diagnostic assessment
• clinical intervention
Nothing within our products should replace advice from appropriately qualified professionals.
Every child is unique and professional judgement should always be exercised.
9. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Educational progress depends upon many factors beyond our control.
Accordingly, Oak Path Education Ltd makes no guarantee regarding educational, behavioural, academic or developmental outcomes arising from the use of our products or services.
10. Prices
Prices may change without notice.
The applicable price is the price displayed at checkout.
11. Payment
Payments are securely processed by authorised third-party payment providers including Stripe and PayPal.
Oak Path does not store your payment card details.
12. Refunds
Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
Refunds will not normally be provided once a product has been downloaded or accessed except where required by applicable consumer law.
If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.
13. Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a fraudulent or unjustified payment dispute after receiving access to purchased content, Oak Path reserves the right to:
• suspend access
• revoke licences
• recover outstanding sums
• recover reasonable administrative costs where legally permitted
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oak Path Education Ltd shall not be liable for:
• indirect losses
• consequential losses
• loss of profits
• business interruption
• loss of opportunity
• loss of data
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
15. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
16. Changes
Oak Path Education Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version published on this website at the time of purchase shall apply.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
