5. Schools and Organisations

Purchases are licensed to one individual purchaser unless a separate school, organisational or multi-user licence has been purchased.

Resources may not be shared across staff members, departments or schools without the appropriate licence.

6. Digital Products

All products are digital unless expressly stated otherwise.

No physical products will be sent.

You are responsible for downloading and storing your purchases.

7. Downloads

We recommend downloading your files immediately after purchase.

Whilst we will make reasonable efforts to maintain customer access, we cannot guarantee indefinite download availability.

Customers are responsible for keeping backup copies.

12. Refunds

Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

13. Chargebacks

• recover outstanding sums

14. Limitation of Liability

• indirect losses

• business interruption

• loss of opportunity

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
