Our Services are provided for business analysis, strategic, educational and informational purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not provide:
Where your situation requires specialist professional advice, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property belonging to us remains our property.

Your purchase gives you the right to use materials provided specifically for your engagement for your own legitimate business purposes.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, licence or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without our prior written permission.
10. CLIENT INFORMATION & CONFIDENTIALITY
We understand that clients may share commercially sensitive information during an engagement.
We will take reasonable steps to treat confidential information provided to us as confidential and use it only for the purposes of providing the agreed Services, subject to applicable law and any separate confidentiality agreement.
You should not provide passwords, payment-card information, security credentials or other information that is unnecessary for the service.
Where appropriate, a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) may be entered into.
11. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
We may collect and process personal information necessary to provide our Services, process payments, communicate with clients and manage our business.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our applicable Privacy Policy and UK data-protection requirements.
Third-party platforms such as Stan Store, payment processors, scheduling platforms, video-conferencing services and other technology providers may process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
12. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND SERVICES
Our Services may involve or refer to third-party products, platforms or technologies, including AI tools, CRM systems, automation platforms, payment processors, cloud services and other software.
We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, security, pricing, functionality or future compatibility.
You are responsible for reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you choose to use.

Payment must be successfully completed before access to paid Services is provided, unless otherwise agreed.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Specific cancellation or refund terms displayed on the relevant product page may also apply.
15. MISSED CONSULTATIONS
If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without reasonable notice, we may treat the appointment as completed.
Where reasonably possible, we may offer one opportunity to reschedule at our discretion.
Repeated missed appointments may require the purchase of a new session.
16. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
We are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful and productive relationship with clients.
We do not tolerate:
Abusive behaviour
Harassment
Threatening behaviour
Discrimination
Fraudulent activity
Deliberate misuse of our Services
Unauthorised recording or distribution of confidential material
Attempts to obtain services through deception
We reserve the right to terminate an engagement where serious misconduct occurs.
17. CLIENT RESULTS & CASE STUDIES
From time to time, we may discuss examples, case studies, hypothetical scenarios or previous business experiences.
These examples are provided to demonstrate possible approaches and illustrate our methodology.
Past results do not guarantee future results.
Any ROI, savings, productivity or performance figures should be understood within the specific circumstances in which they were achieved.

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including serious technical failures, internet or platform outages, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where practical, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected clients and arrange an appropriate alternative.
22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless another jurisdiction is expressly agreed in writing.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
