TERMS & CONDITIONS — CHOSEN FIT BY OLGA LAGUADO
Please read these Terms and Conditions before purchasing or booking any service.
1. Bookings and Payments
All services must be paid for according to the price and conditions displayed at the time of purchase. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Chosen to Rise tickets are non-refundable for customer cancellations or non-attendance, subject to applicable consumer law. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, an appropriate refund or alternative will be offered.
3. Personal Training
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments will be charged in full. If the trainer cancels, the session will be rescheduled or refunded if rescheduling is not possible.
4. Initial Consultations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled call. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
5. Reading Clubs and Digital Products
Purchases provide access only to the specific club, session, programme or digital product described at checkout. Access does not automatically include future editions or services.
6. Health and Safety
Participants in fitness activities must disclose relevant injuries or health conditions and follow reasonable safety instructions.
7. Photography and Privacy
Photography or filming may take place at Chosen to Rise events. Consent will be obtained where required by law. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law.
8. Intellectual Property
Content, training materials and resources provided by Chosen Fit may not be copied, shared or resold without permission, except where permitted by law.
