These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase and use of the SMGB Business Course with Master Resell Rights (MRR) (“Product”), which is being sold by [OLIVIA MULDOON] (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using this Product, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the SMGB Business Course materials.
✔ You may:
✅ Use the course for personal education and business use.
✅ Apply the strategies learned inside the course.
✅ Resell the course ONLY after completing the reseller approval process.
❌ You may NOT:
⛔ Share, distribute, or give away access to the course.
⛔ Modify, edit, or create derivative works from the course content.
⛔ Use SMGB Business Academy Ltd’s branding as your own.
⛔ Sell the course without completing the reseller approval process.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The course and all its materials remain the intellectual property of SMGB Business Academy Ltd.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or modification of course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. REFUND POLICY
🚨 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. 🚨
Due to the digital nature of this product and the instant access provided, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks under any circumstances.
By purchasing, you confirm that:
✅ You understand this is a digital product.
✅ You acknowledge that all sales are final.
✅ You agree not to dispute transactions or issue chargebacks.
4. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
This course is sold under a Master Resell Rights (MRR) model, which means [OLIVIA MULDOON] is responsible for the sale and all post-sale customer interactions.

• SMGB Business Academy Ltd is NOT responsible for your customer support, refunds, technical issues, or any disputes arising from this transaction.

• SMGB Business Academy Ltd only facilitates the reseller approval process and ensures compliance with access policies.
5. RESELLER APPROVAL PROCESS
To gain access to the reseller benefits of this course, you must complete a verification process to prevent fraud.
✔ To be approved, you must submit:
✅ A valid receipt of purchase that includes your full name.
✅ A matching form of government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.).
✅ Your full name, address, and contact number.
✅ The full name & social media handle of the person you purchased from.

🚨 IMPORTANT: If you fail to complete the verification process, you will NOT receive access to the course or reselling rights.
6. CUSTOMER DISPUTES & SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITY
By purchasing this course, you acknowledge that:
✔ [OLIVIA MULDOON] is the seller and is fully responsible for handling all customer inquiries, support, and disputes.
✔ SMGB Business Academy Ltd is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or post-sale service.
✔ If you experience issues, you must contact [OLIVIA MULDOON] directly.
🚨 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:
• Filing a chargeback or dispute will result in immediate removal from the course and legal action may be taken for fraudulent activity.
• If you initiate a dispute, access to the course will be revoked permanently.
7. NON-DISPARAGEMENT & CYBER HARASSMENT POLICY
By purchasing, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully.
❌ You may NOT:
⛔ Post defamatory, mocking, or negative comments about the course, its creator, or the reseller.
⛔ Engage in cyber harassment, trolling, or spreading false information.
⛔ Encourage others to criticize or undermine the course or reseller publicly.
🚨 Violating this policy may result in:
✔ Immediate removal from the course without refund.
✔ A permanent ban from repurchasing or reselling the course.
✔ Legal action if reputational damage occurs.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing this course, you confirm that you:
✔ Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
✔ Agree to abide by them in full.
✔ Understand that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
✔ Acknowledge that failure to comply may result in termination without refund.

SMGB Business Academy Ltd provides the course with Master Resell Rights but does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory guidance for individual resellers only for the course itself. You are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding your business responsibilities.
