This workbook was created because through my personal experience with mental health, my symptoms represented itself differently everyday. One day I had no energy, the next day I had intrusive thoughts, the next day I was eating crappy food and the next day I lost hope. I turned to the 'self-help' world and came to realise that there wasn't one workbook that deals with everything. I had to buy several different books. Plus they weren't written mainly by people with lived experience and they seemed very clinically written.
This workbook was written by a single mum of an SEN child, who experiences mental health challenges and comes from a humble background. You will not get a more 'real and raw' experience in both my workbook and during coaching sessions.
