You don't need more interview tips. You need your stories ready before you walk in.
Most people think of a story mid-answer, start telling it, and realise halfway through that it doesn't fit the question. That's not a confidence problem. It's a preparation problem, and it's fixable in an afternoon.
What you get
17 real interview questions, each with what it's actually testing and the trap most people fall into
A story template built on the Situation, Task, Action, Result method, so every story comes out the same shape
A six-point quality check on every card that tells you when a story is genuinely ready
Six competency themes as labels, so you can filter your board and see exactly which questions you can't currently answer
One fully worked example, so you can see what finished looks like
A setup guide attached to the board
How it works
Five lists, left to right. Pull a question when you're stuck for what to write about. Draft the story. Tick the six checks. When all six are ticked, it moves to Interview-Ready — and that's the only list you open the morning of your interview.
Why six themes and not twelve
Most large employers score around twelve competencies. One good story usually proves three of them at once, so five well-built stories will cover almost anything you're asked. The board is designed around that, not around writing twelve separate answers you'll never remember.
What this actually is
A Trello board. You click one button, it copies to your own free Trello account in about thirty seconds, and it's yours to keep and edit. Works on desktop and the phone app. You don't need a paid Trello plan.
Who it's for
Anyone with an interview coming up, at any level. Your stories don't have to come from a full-time job — coursework, a part-time role, volunteering, or something you ran outside work all count.
