All content provided by One Stop Shop Services & More, LLC, including but not limited to eBooks, templates, workbooks, courses, videos, branding materials, graphics, presentations, pricing calculators, digital downloads, and other educational resources, is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in the product description or license provided with your purchase, all products are sold with a personal-use license only.
You may not, without prior written permission:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content.
Share digital files with others.
Upload our products to file-sharing websites.
Claim our work as your own.
Modify and resell our products.
Use our content for commercial purposes.
Exceptions: Certain products may include Commercial Use, Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Resell Rights (MRR), or other licensing rights. When applicable, the specific license and permitted uses will be clearly stated within the product description or accompanying license agreement. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to review and comply with the license provided for each product.
Failure to comply with the applicable license may result in termination of your access to our products and may subject you to legal action.
I actually recommend adding a Product License section elsewhere in your Terms that says:

Unless otherwise noted on the product sales page or within the product itself, all digital products are for personal use only. Products that include Commercial Use, PLR, MRR, or Resell Rights will clearly state those rights. Customers are responsible for following the license associated with each individual product.
That wording gives you flexibility so you won’t have to update your Terms every time you introduce a new type of digital product.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once access has been granted.

Coaching, consulting, branding sessions, and strategy calls are intended to provide education, guidance, and business insight.

Appointments & Strategy Calls
If your purchase includes a consultation, coaching session, or branding appointment:
Sessions must be scheduled by the client.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
Missed appointments or no-shows are forfeited and are not refundable.

Custom branding projects begin after payment is received.

Limitation of Liability

Any issues involving those platforms are governed by their own terms and policies.

Your personal information is used solely to provide purchased products, communicate with you, and improve customer service.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the State of Georgia.
