Stop wondering if you're overreacting about your child.
If you've ever caught yourself wondering...
"Am I making a mountain out of a mole hill?"
"Is this normal toddler behavior...or is something else going on?"
"Why does everyone keep telling me he'll grow out of it?"
"What if I'm making a bigger deal out of this than I should?"
"How do I know when it's time to keep pushing for answers?"
"Why do I feel so alone in this?"
...you're exactly who this conversation was created for.
Every month inside Toothseekers, parents come together with trusted experts to untangle the questions that keep them stuck.
Not with fear. Not with one-size-fits-all advice.
With context, education, and honest conversations that help you trust yourself, understand what you're seeing, and decide what comes next with more confidence.
Sometimes the hardest part of this journey is figuring out whether your concerns are even valid.
Your pediatrician says everything looks fine.
Teachers tell you they're "just being emotional."
Friends think you're worrying too much.
Social media brings you too many opinions.
Eventually you start questioning your own instincts.
That's exactly why Toothseekers exists.
Every meetup brings together a trusted provider who deeply understands one piece of the airway puzzle, alongside Dr. Julia Sadove-Lopez, a holistic dentist and independent parent advocate who has spent years helping families make sense of conflicting recommendations.
Together, we help parents better understand not only what different providers recommend, but why children don't always fit neatly into one specialty and how to recognize when it's worth asking more questions.
This Month's Conversation
Guest Host: Heather Tremblay-Croteau, PT, DPT, CSCS
Heather's story isn't just professional. It's deeply personal.
As a physical therapist, Heather understood how movement, posture, breathing, and development influence the body. Yet when it came to her own children, she found herself wondering if she was simply overthinking everything.
Her son's big emotions were labeled as behavior.
People questioned her concerns about her daughter.
Even with her clinical background, she found herself caught between trusting her instincts and believing what everyone else was telling her.
Eventually, she found answers that completely changed the trajectory of her children's health and behavior.
Now she wants to help other parents navigate that same uncertainty.
Topic: Big Emotions + Mouth-Body Connections + Is this a problem or am I just overthinking this?
Together, Heather and Dr. Julia will answer live questions and explore topics like:
• How do you know the difference between typical tantrums and a child whose body is struggling?
• What if nobody around you believes your concerns?
• How can sleep, breathing, and nervous system regulation influence behavior?
• What does bedwetting have to do with breathing?
• How do posture and movement shape breathing from infancy through childhood?
• What role do baby carriers, body positioning, and breathing patterns play in development?
• How do you advocate for your child when providers or teachers aren't seeing what you see?
Most importantly, we'll talk about something every parent experiences but rarely says out loud:
How do you know when you're following your intuition...and when you're simply overthinking everything?
You're not just learning from us. You're learning from every parent in the room.
Some families are just beginning to connect the dots. Others have already found answers they wish they'd known years earlier. The questions they ask often become the questions you didn't even realize you needed answered.
That's one of the most valuable parts of Toothseekers.

The Toothseekers is a peer support community. Conversations are intended for education, connection, and shared experiences, not medical advice or diagnosis.
These conversations are never recorded.
Not as a marketing tactic.
Because parents deserve a safe place to ask vulnerable questions about their children without worrying that those conversations will live online forever.
That means the only way to be part of the discussion is to join us live.
Bring your questions.
Listen quietly.
Or simply come hear what other families are asking.
Either way, you'll leave with more clarity, more confidence, and the reassurance that you're not navigating this alone.
The Toothseekers is a peer support community. Conversations are intended for education, connection, and shared experiences, not medical advice or diagnosis.
Because these are live community events with limited spots, each registration reserves a place in the conversation. To help us plan for every meetup and ensure those spots are available for families who want to attend, the $12 registration fee is non-refundable.
If you're unable to join, simply email julia@oriswellness.com at least 24 hours before the meetup, and we'll gladly transfer your registration to a future Toothseekers Parent Meetup.
