The Accelerator: Leadership Cohort (2026-27)

$1,297

/Year

For the talented Black professional tired of navigating this alone.

The Accelerator is your confidential cohort of 24 peers.

Through bi-weekly strategy calls, we workshop real challenges with a trusted circle. (To ensure confidentiality, members are never placed in a cohort with a colleague from their own school.)

This is the space to stop second-guessing and start shaping your institution. Enrollment for the 2026-27 cohort closes July 31st.

If you are unsure if this is the right lane for you, I invite you to book a Private Consultation first.
