Stop guessing when you ovulate.
Honestly, most of us were never taught how our cycle actually works. We were handed an app that predicts ovulation from an average, or a pill that quiets the whole thing, and told that was that.
The thing is, your body gives you real information every single cycle. Your cervical mucus and your temperature tell you what's happening, in real time. Fertility Awareness Foundations teaches you to read both, and to use them together, so you're confirming ovulation instead of guessing at it.
This is for you if
You're coming off hormonal birth control and want to understand what your cycle is doing now.
You're trying to conceive and want to know when your fertile window really is, not when an app says it is.
Your cycles are irregular or confusing and you want clear information to bring to your provider.
You want to understand your body, not just manage it.
This is not for you if:
You want a protocol that tells you what to take. This is a skill, not a fix. It usually takes one to two cycles of paying attention to start recognizing your own pattern, and I'll be honest about that from the first lesson.

I'm Grace Parce, a fertility awareness educator and integrative nutritionist, trained through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the FEMM Institute, and Lisa Hendrickson-Jack's Fertility Awareness Mastery Mentorship. I've been tracking my own fertility with the fertility awareness method for over a decade, and I built this course from my own irregular cycles, PMDD, and hard experience with birth control. I teach it the way I wish someone had taught me: with the science, and without the guesswork.
Do I need special equipment? A basal body thermometer and a charting app. I'll walk you through setting up Read Your Body with my tracking template.
I have irregular cycles or PCOS. Is this for me? Charting doesn't diagnose anything, but it gives you and your provider real information about what's happening. The manual also covers what can delay ovulation, including coming off hormonal birth control and PCOS.
How long until I can read my chart? Most people start recognizing their own mucus pattern within one to two cycles. Temperature confirms ovulation after it has happened, which is why I teach you to use both together.
Is this medical advice? No. It's education. Talk to your provider about what's right for your health and goals.
Does this cover postpartum or breastfeeding? The foundations of charting still apply, because charting is charting, but postpartum cycles read differently and this course doesn't teach those specifics. If you're postpartum and new to fertility awareness, one-on-one help is the best place to start: book a free Hormone Clarity Call and we'll look at where you are. If you already chart, this course sharpens the basics, and you can bring your postpartum questions to a call.
