Paden Hughes LLC Terms and Conditions

By purchasing, scheduling, or engaging with any of the services, courses, or content offered by Paden Hughes LLC, including those provided through www.padenhughes.com (the "Site"), you agree to the following legally binding Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of all offerings, including coaching, consulting, mentorship, digital products, and live or recorded content.
1. Nature of Services
All services provided by Paden Hughes LLC are for personal insight, spiritual support, and educational purposes only. These services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or financial advice. As an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church, spiritual sessions are protected under freedom of religious expression and spiritual guidance statutes.
2. Payment & Refunds
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Due to the energetic and time-based nature of the services, all purchases are final and non-refundable. In exceptional cases, at our sole discretion, a credit may be issued.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule private sessions up to 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours will be forfeited without refund. Paden Hughes LLC reserves the right to reschedule any session with appropriate notice.
4. Client Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully and in alignment with the sacred nature of the work. Harassment, abuse, or volatile behavior (including spiritual manipulation or threats) will result in immediate termination of services with no refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including audio recordings, PDFs, videos, worksheets, and live session material, is the property of Paden Hughes LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or modify content without written permission.
6. Confidentiality
Sessions are private and confidential. Paden Hughes LLC agrees not to share any identifying information about clients without written consent, unless required by law or to protect someone in imminent danger.
7. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that spiritual services inherently involve subjective interpretation. Paden Hughes LLC is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on services rendered. You agree to take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and choices.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Luis Obispo County, California.
9. Updates to Terms
Paden Hughes LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
