If you're here... I'm sorry.
Heartbreak has a way of making even the strongest people question themselves.
Maybe you've lost your appetite. Maybe you wake up with that heavy feeling in your chest.
Maybe your mind keeps replaying the same conversations over and over, hoping that somehow the ending will change.
I've been there too.
And after walking through my own heartbreaks—and speaking with many people who were trying to rebuild their lives. I wanted to create something that felt like someone walking beside you. I created something that I could have used when I was heartbroken. I spoke as if I was speaking directly to myself back when I was heartbroken
Just seven days together. One conversation at a time. You can take as long as you please in between listening to each recording but I recommend listening to one per day.
Here's what we'll walk through together.
Day One - Surviving the Shock
The first days after heartbreak aren't about becoming stronger.
They are about surviving.
We'll slow everything down, calm your nervous system, and create enough stability to take the next step.
Day Two - The Cocooning Phase
You don't have to rush your healing.
This day is about giving yourself permission to rest, to grieve, and to stop apologizing for the pace of your recovery.
I aim to ease some of the panic, and address some things that you think you "should" be doing, that really are not necessary at all.
Day Three - Letting Go of the Fantasy
We'll gently begin letting go of the relationship without pretending it didn't matter.
You'll honor what was real while releasing the story that's keeping you trapped.
Day Four - Escaping the Mental Prison
We'll begin breaking the cycle of rumination and slowly reclaim your peace. I feel that I have a lot of experience with rumination, mental looping, getting stuck in fantasy thinking/daydreaming, so have learned many strategies, techniques to pull myself out if it on a daily basis.
Day Five - Reclaiming the Parts of You That Were Lost
Heartbreak doesn't just take another person. Sometimes it takes pieces of us, and it can take some time to bring all the lost pieces and fragments back together.
Together we'll begin remembering who you are underneath the pain.
Day Six - Opening Your Heart Again (Meditation)
I guide you through a meditation where we focus on the practice of opening the heart, releasing past hurts. I include a blessing technique I use to heal heartbreak and disagreements of all kinds with many people in my life.
Day Seven - Your Next Chapter (Visualization)
We close the 7 days with a powerful visualization, a promise to yourself, and one final act of letting go.
This isn't about "getting over someone." It's about finding your way back to yourself and creating tools you can use every single day in your life to overcome pain and trauma.
My hope is that somewhere during these seven days, you'll take a deep breath...
...and realize that you're going to be okay.
Thank you for trusting me enough to be part of your healing.
