West Coast Swing (WCS) and Argentine Tango are arguably two of the most intricate partner dance forms out there! They are also incredibly rewarding.
About Your Lesson
It's time to demystify dance! I take a "meat and potatoes" approach to my teaching practice. I want to make sure that you are clear about your place in space, your partner's place in space, and how to share that space to make every moment fun for everyone. My goal is to make the best social dancers that I can. If you love moving, come take class with me!

About Paula
Paula danced and taught Argentine Tango in the US, Asia, Europe, and South America for over a decade. She also attended DNI Tango Conservatory in Buenos Aires from 2010-2011, and performed in and around the city. In 2012, she began studying West Coast Swing and went on to teach in the US and Europe at both West Coast Swing weekends and Fusion events, as well as participating in JnJ competitions for several years.
Prior to her beginning her partner dance training, Paula majored in Movement Studies at Pomona College, eventually taking a leave of absence to complete the Independent Study program of the Alvin Ailey School Professional Division in New York City. She has danced with Ase Dance Theater Collective, Works/Laura Glenn Dance, and in various music videos, regional, Off-Off, and Off-Broadway plays, and has served as a dance double for multiple films.
