Pelvic Power Lab – Online Educational Services

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR PURCHASING A SERVICE.
These Terms apply to products and services offered by Elisa Gobbetti, trading as Pelvic Power Lab, Via del Risorgimento 23, 37126 Verona, Italy, Italian VAT number 04111390235. Contact: pelvicpowerlab@gmail.com.
They apply to the Bladder Leak Pattern Check, the Free Fit Call, the Leak Less: 6-Week Coaching Pilot, and other educational products or services offered through this Stan Store (together, the “Services”). By accessing a free Service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Product-specific descriptions and separately presented checkout consents also form part of the agreement. If a product-specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the product-specific term applies to that Service, subject always to mandatory law.
1. EDUCATIONAL SCOPE
The Services provide online education, coaching, exercise guidance and general pelvic-health information. They are not medical care, physiotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy or emergency services. They do not create a clinician-patient relationship unless this is separately agreed in writing and legally permitted in the customer’s location.
No internal examination, hands-on assessment or physical palpation is performed online. Information and suggestions are based on information the customer provides and on what can reasonably be observed remotely.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCURATE INFORMATION
Customers must be at least 18 years old and must provide information that is accurate and sufficiently complete for safe participation. Pelvic Power Lab may decline, pause or end a Service where online coaching is unsuitable, unsafe, outside the agreed scope or not legally or professionally appropriate in the customer’s location.
3. SAFETY, SCREENING AND REFERRAL
Customers must participate within their own comfort and safety limits and stop an activity if they experience pain, dizziness, worsening symptoms or another adverse effect.
Online services may not be appropriate in certain situations. Pelvic Power Lab may recommend local assessment or care. Seek urgent local medical help for severe or sudden symptoms, inability to urinate, blood in the urine, fever with urinary symptoms, new neurological symptoms, or any other emergency or rapidly worsening condition.
The Services do not replace assessment or care by an appropriately licensed local healthcare professional.
4. ONLINE LIMITATIONS
Remote delivery has inherent limitations, including the absence of physical contact, inability to directly assess muscle tone or tissue quality, and reliance on self-reported information and visual observation. Outcomes may differ from in-person care. Technical limitations may also interrupt or delay delivery.
5. PARTICIPATION AND RESULTS
Participation is voluntary. No particular result, improvement or outcome is promised or guaranteed. Results vary according to individual circumstances, health, consistency, environment and other factors outside Pelvic Power Lab’s control. Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results.
6. PILOT SCOPE AND SUITABILITY
The Leak Less Pilot is an educational online-coaching service. Its included sessions, materials, duration, price and suitability criteria are those stated on the Pilot checkout page at the time of purchase.
If screening shows that the customer is not suitable for the Pilot, Pelvic Power Lab may stop or decline the service and will refund the portion of the price allocated to unused coaching sessions, less the proportionate value of any service already provided and any digital content lawfully supplied, except where mandatory law requires a different result.
7. SCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Customers are responsible for booking and attending sessions. Unless the product page states otherwise, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a coaching session. A late cancellation or missed session may be counted as used, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or Pelvic Power Lab agrees otherwise because of an emergency.
Written check-ins and response times are limited to those described on the relevant product page. The Services do not provide continuous monitoring or emergency support.
8. EU/EEA AND UK WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Where applicable, a consumer who concludes a distance contract for services generally has 14 days from the date of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise the right, the consumer must send a clear statement to pelvicpowerlab@gmail.com before the period expires.
If the consumer expressly requests that a service begin during the withdrawal period and later withdraws, the consumer may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided. The right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully performed, where the consumer has given the legally required express consent or request and acknowledgement.
For paid digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may be lost only where the consumer has given the legally required prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged the resulting loss of the right. A separate checkout action will be used where this rule applies.
Consumers outside these territories retain any cancellation or refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in their location.
9. REFUNDS
Except for mandatory rights and the Pilot suitability refund described above, refunds are assessed according to the nature and portion of the Service already delivered, the product-specific terms shown before purchase and applicable law. These Terms do not use a blanket “all sales are final” rule and do not exclude remedies for a Service that is not supplied as agreed or is otherwise non-conforming under mandatory law.
10. PRIVACY AND HEALTH INFORMATION
Personal data is handled as described in the Pelvic Power Lab Privacy Notice:

Health information is processed only where necessary and on an appropriate legal basis. Where explicit consent is required, it is requested separately at checkout and may be withdrawn without affecting processing already carried out lawfully. Withdrawal may prevent safe continuation of the Service.
Do not send medical records, detailed health histories, intimate images or completed worksheets through Stan message fields or ordinary email. Zoom sessions are not routinely recorded. Any recording would require separate prior notice and agreement.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Videos, PDFs, worksheets, written materials, exercises, graphics and other original content supplied by Pelvic Power Lab are for the customer’s personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, resold or used commercially without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
12. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Delivery may rely on third-party services such as Stan, Stripe, Zoom, Google Calendar and email providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply. Pelvic Power Lab is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party systems outside its reasonable control, but this does not remove any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any mandatory consumer right.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pelvic Power Lab is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made, or for indirect business losses incurred by a consumer. Where a financial cap is legally permitted, aggregate liability relating to a specific paid Service will not exceed the amount paid for that Service. No limitation applies where applicable law prohibits it.
14. EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL
Pelvic Power Lab is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control. Where such an event materially prevents delivery, the parties will seek a reasonable alternative, rescheduling or any remedy required by applicable law.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by Italian law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the country in which the consumer habitually resides.
Jurisdiction and dispute resolution are determined by applicable mandatory law. Consumers retain any right under mandatory law to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of domicile or habitual residence.

16. CHANGES AND SEVERABILITY
The version presented when a Service is accessed or purchased applies to that transaction, unless a change is required by law or is expressly agreed. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the affected provision applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms, the relevant product description, the Pelvic Power Lab Privacy Notice and any separate checkout consent form the agreement for the Service. They do not exclude statements or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
By completing the applicable checkout, the customer confirms that they have had the opportunity to read these Terms and agree to them. Separate consent is requested where required for marketing, health-data processing, early performance during a withdrawal period or immediate digital content.
