Anyone who wants access to our paid materials must purchase their own access.
NO RESELLING OR REPACKAGING
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reproduce, repackage, or commercially distribute our materials.
You may not take information or materials provided through Financial Freedom Academy or Pick My Brain and reproduce or repackage those materials as your own:

You may use what you personally learn to operate and grow your own business. However, purchasing our products does not give you permission to copy, teach, distribute, or sell our proprietary materials.
SCREENSHOTS & SCREEN RECORDINGS
You may not screenshot, photograph, screen record, copy, download, or otherwise reproduce our protected content for the purpose of sharing, distributing, publishing, teaching, reselling, or providing that content to another person.
You may not post paid or private Financial Freedom Academy or Pick My Brain materials on social media, websites, Google Drive, Dropbox, group chats, forums, online communities, file-sharing websites, or any other public or private platform.
ACCOUNT & ACCESS SHARING
If your purchase includes access to a course, portal, community, private page, membership, or other restricted area, your access is for you only.
You may not share:

• Passwords

• Access codes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably determine that an account or paid material is being shared or distributed without authorization.
Termination for violating these Terms does not entitle you to a refund, except where otherwise required by law.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the applicable materials for your own personal educational and business purposes.
No resale or distribution rights are included with your purchase unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
PICK MY BRAIN — SCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS
Pick My Brain sessions are non-refundable.
You are responsible for scheduling and attending your session at the agreed date and time.
If you need to reschedule, you must contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be denied.
If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided the required notice, your session may be forfeited.
A forfeited or missed session is not eligible for a refund. Booking another session may require an additional purchase.
NO GUARANTEED INCOME OR RESULTS
Financial Freedom Academy and Pick My Brain are provided for educational and informational purposes.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL MAKE MONEY OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
We do not guarantee any specific amount of:
• Income
• TikTok Shop commissions
• Sales
• Revenue
• Followers
• Views
• Engagement
• Free samples
• Brand deals
• Customers
• Business growth
• Social-media growth
Any income, commission, sales, follower, engagement, or other results shown by us are examples of individual results and are not promises or guarantees of what you will achieve.
Your results depend on numerous factors, including your effort, consistency, content, implementation, experience, skills, audience, products, platform eligibility, market conditions, and circumstances outside of our control.
TIKTOK & THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Financial Freedom Academy and Pick My Brain may contain education relating to TikTok, TikTok Shop, social media, affiliate marketing, and other third-party platforms or services.
We are not responsible for decisions made by TikTok or any other third-party company or platform.
Third-party platforms may change their:

• Account requirements
at any time.
We cannot guarantee that you will qualify for, maintain access to, or achieve results through any third-party platform or program.

PAYMENT PLANS
