1. About Plan J Collective
By purchasing access to Plan J Collective, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Plan J Collective provides access to digital training, educational resources, community support, mentorship content and other online materials designed to support individuals building and developing their online business.
2. Access to Plan J Collective
Your purchase provides access to the Plan J Collective content and/or membership level stated at the time of purchase.
Access is for the individual purchaser only and must not be shared, transferred, resold or provided to another person unless expressly authorised by Plan J Collective.
Login details, private community links and members-only resources must not be shared.
3. Payment
Payment must be made in full at checkout unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered.
Any promotional price or discount code is valid only for the period and customers specified by Plan J Collective.
Discount codes must not be shared, distributed or used by individuals who are not eligible for the relevant promotion.
4. Digital Content & Immediate Access
Plan J Collective contains digital content and services that may become available shortly after purchase.
Where required by applicable consumer law, by requesting immediate access to digital content during any applicable cancellation period, you acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be affected once supply of that digital content begins.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits any statutory rights you are legally entitled to.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of Plan J Collective and the provision of access to digital resources, training and/or community content, purchases are intended to be non-refundable once the relevant digital content or access has been supplied or accessed, except where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law.
This does not affect your statutory rights, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
6. No Guarantee of Earnings or Results
Plan J Collective provides education, mentorship, information, strategies and support.
We do not guarantee any particular level of income, sales, followers, engagement, business growth or other results.
Any earnings, results, testimonials or success stories shared within Plan J Collective or its marketing represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same results.
Your results will depend on numerous factors including your individual circumstances, experience, effort, consistency, implementation and market conditions.
7. Educational Purposes
Information provided within Plan J Collective is for general educational and informational purposes.
Nothing provided within the Collective constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice.
You remain responsible for your own business decisions and should seek appropriately qualified professional advice where necessary.
8. Community Conduct
Members are expected to behave respectfully toward mentors, administrators and other members.
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, abusive behaviour, spam, deliberate disruption or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
Plan J Collective reserves the right to restrict or remove access where a member seriously or repeatedly breaches community rules or these Terms & Conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Plan J Collective training, documents, videos, templates, graphics, resources, challenges and other original materials are protected intellectual property.
Purchasing access gives you a personal licence to use the materials for your own learning and business development.
You must not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, upload, share or commercially exploit Plan J Collective materials without express permission.
10. Confidentiality & Members-Only Content
Private training, discussions, resources, calls and information shared within members-only areas must not be copied or distributed outside the community without appropriate permission.
Members should also respect the privacy and confidentiality of other community members.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Plan J Collective may use third-party services and platforms to provide payment processing, community access, communication, training or other functionality.
The availability and operation of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies and technical availability.
12. Affiliate Opportunity
Where eligible members are offered the opportunity to promote Plan J Collective as affiliates, participation is optional and is governed by the separate Plan J Collective Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions.
Purchasing Plan J Collective does not guarantee that you will make money through the affiliate programme.
13. Changes to the Collective
Plan J Collective may reasonably update, improve, replace or add to its training, resources, mentors, schedules, community features and other content over time.
Where a material change affects something specifically included in a customer’s purchase, applicable consumer rights will continue to apply.
14. Suspension or Termination of Access
Plan J Collective reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where there has been fraud, payment abuse, unauthorised sharing of content/access, serious misconduct or a material breach of these Terms.
Any such action will be taken subject to applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the breach.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by law, Plan J Collective is not responsible for business losses or outcomes resulting from decisions made by a customer based on educational information provided through the Collective.
16. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes to the service or applicable legal requirements.
Changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights that customers already have.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to a customer based on where they live.
18. Acceptance
By purchasing Plan J Collective, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
I request immediate access to the Plan J Collective digital content and acknowledge that, where applicable, I may lose my right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins. I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
